Bad experience

`Gordon Ramsey`s Street Burger` Edinburgh family of 5 Adults, although the place was half empty & empty tables outside we were told 10 minutes for a table, ordered the drinks & burgers which seemed to take ages to arrive, think the burgers were cooked & left out while waiting on the chips (mine was quite cold) had ordered extra bacon on 3 of the burgers (charged for) had to hand 2 of the meals back NO bacon, wouldn`t recommend or return, better places nearby.

RIP off pies

and butter at £6 a bit steep for 4 small pieces of bread. But the worst thing was the chicken and leak pie. Firstly it didn’t state there was mushrooms on the menu in it, I hate mushrooms, so I wasn’t very happy to see them in the pie when it didn’t say it on the menu. There was no pieces of chicken in the pie, I was tiny bits of chicken. It just felt like mush in the pie. Honesty don’t know they can get away charging that amount and not have decent chicken in it. 4 of us got the pies, 2 got the chicken and 2 the beef, all very disappointing. Also only option for sides were a cold salad or spinach, no options for carrots or peas. So it was just your very basic pie on a bed of mash. When my uneaten pastry was shown to waiter and I told him there was hardly any chicken in the pie and there was mushrooms in it that wasn’t stated, nothing was done about it. All 4 of us said we would never come back again

Breakfast for two

My partner & I had breakfast at Gordon Ramsays restaurant at Heathrow airport, my partner had avacado on toast, he said it was very good, I had porridge with fruit, not much fruit but a lot of porridge, was ok but for £8.50 for porridge I would have expected better. I must say though that Xavier who served us was lovely, very friendly & polite & gave us excellent service.

Tough ribeye.

I ate at brand new Gordon Ramsey restaurant at the new casino in Danville, Virginia, I ordered the $83 ribeye bone In. I ordered the steak medium and it was very tough and I could barely eat it. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Check your bill!

This concerns the Gordon Ramsay restaurant at Heathrow, T5. While the food and atmosphere was passable for an airport, I got royally annoyed when I found that a 15% "Optional service charge" had been added to my bill without anyone asking me. If it is an OPTIONAL charge, it amounts to fraudulent behaviour to add it without telling the customer. And if it is in fact mandatory, the word "optional" shouldn't be used. Totally ruined my mood. Won't recommend this restaurant to anyone, quite the opposite, and will never visit again.

At T5 in Plane Food

At T5 in Plane Food Nice service and ok breakfast (porridge a bit cold/just warmed up) Please, please make it easier to pay by credit card - the “Sunday” payment portal really sucks - I don’t want to sign up to it and it takes too long

### Disappointing Experience at…

### Disappointing Experience at Gordon’s Bar & Grill We today visited Gordon’s Bar & Grill for our Christmas lunch, and I have to say, it was one a disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. **Service**: They delayed bringing our starters and one of our family members got it after we all finished our starters. **Food**: We were very hopeful for the food, but it was average for Gordon’s standard (we paid 250 pounds/ person). **Conclusion**: Unfortunately, our visit to Gordon’s Bar & Grill was a bit of a letdown. Between the inattentive service, average food, I can't recommend this place for Christmas. There are far better options out there, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. Save your time and money for a restaurant that values its customers and the quality of their experience!

Dear Gordon

Dear Gordon, I just wanted to know that whilst on a recent business trip to Las Vegas, my husband a business colleague and I went to your restaurant Ramsay´s Kitchen in Harrah´s. My colleague and I shared a half dozen oysters, followed by scallops for our main courses. My husband had something different which he said was nice but not outstanding. The oysters tasted OK and the scallops were fine. We all ordered Eton mess for dessert, all sharing. I was absolutely appalled by it because it bore no resemblance whatsoever to any Eton mess I have ever had. There were 4 sticks of very dry looking meringue sticking out of a bowl of whipped cream with a bit of strawberry flavoured topping which kids use on ice cream. I think there may have been one cut up strawberry as garnish and nothing else. The waitress took the Eton mess off the bill for us after we complained even though we did not ask he to. We were told that the only difference to your recipe was that they used the strawberry topping. The whole thing was literally just whipped cream. It was horrible. At 11.30 pm I received a message from my colleague saying she had terrible food poisoning - unlucky oyster I presume. She was sick all night and then had to work all day. I am not after any compensation, I just think you ought to know that your name is being used to promote very average food abroad and desserts that don´t bear any resemblance at all to British food. I used to be a big fan but I´m afraid that going to your restaurant has put me off your food for life!

Gordon Ramsay

Gordon Ramsay, I am just sitting and watching a repeat. Gordon Ramsay’s Christmas Cooking in your home. So So beautiful and entertaining. You get interrupted throughout your program from a doorbell ring, from a few famous people joining you in the cook. I was so mortified as I noticed none of these'd people took themselves to wash their hands before touching the food preparation. I can guarantee you Gordon straight into your kitchen, but not to your sink to clean their hands 😤 It is very sad to see this kind of behaviour, hygiene was not on the menu. Your show has been viewed by so many people around the globe and you should be setting a good example to each and everyone. This is a constructive criticism please take note. The food looked awesome and delicious. So nice to see you in a good mood and no anger management issues. 🤣

Just saying....

Food was good, nice wine menu. The chap that served us was over friendly.. Because of Gordon's standards he really needs a cleaner with OCD. Lovely restaurant with attention to detail. Also we were over charged on first and amended receipt. I suggest you check receipt before paying.

SERVICE CHARGE?? For what?

I had a virgin experience voucher from my boss and did the Walk over the o2 and Street Burger inside the O2 afterwards. Burger and fries were excellent. Ordered two pints of Peroni at £7.45 each and nothing else so all we should have had to pay was £14.90 yes? When we asked for te bill it came in at £23.68, so that is £8.78 service charge and i had no option or was asked if i wanted to remove it. Certainly won't be going there again if they want £8 odd to bring two pints and two burgers and fries 10 foot from the preparation area to the table we were at.

One of the Worst Experiences I've Ever

One of the Worst Experiences I've Ever Had I made a reservation for my wife and me to celebrate my birthday, and initially, everything seemed fine. The staff was friendly and showed us to our table. After ordering our drinks, we placed our meal orders. However, my wife mentioned she has a slight intolerance to processed lactose but can handle unprocessed dairy. The staff returned and informed us that, due to her declaration, she could not have the dish she ordered because of their policy. The server said it was fine to serve me but suggested we can speak to a manager, even though we hadn’t requested that. Frustrated, we asked for the bill for our drinks and decided to leave for another restaurant. SO IF YOU ARE LACTOSE INTOLERANT EVEN IN THE SLIGHTEST STAY AWAY.

We visited the Bread Street Kitchen…not again

We visited the Bread Street Kitchen in South Street near Moorgate, the staff were very attentive and friendly but didn’t know about the wines offered. The menu was a huge let down. It’s probably the same with all of the restaurants but if you’re vegetarian you are extremely limited. I ordered the cauliflower from the starter menu and some French fries, not really very healthy but not much else to order. The rest rest of the group was not over impressed with their choices. My french fries were as expected, cauliflower bites were awful, they were not crispy just tasted of cauliflower covered in flour. Very expensive for awful food, so disappointing and a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Great meals at Gordon Ramsay restaurants

We had two meals whilst in London the first at Bread Street Pizza St Paul’s where we found the food and service to be excellent - the staff really friendly. The second meal a 3 course set menu at the Narrow Street restaurant at Limehouse. We had a lovely meal overlooking the Thames. The food was amazing and all the staff especially our waitress Talita really friendly and helpful. Would really recommend it.

Virgin Sunday lunch for two at Gordon Ramsay restaurant

My best friend took me along for a Sunday Roast in Bread st Edinburgh it was an 80th birthday present to him virgin experience voucher bought fo him by his son and daughter in law. Quite disappointed expected more the beef was reheated and almost impossible to cut with the steak knifes we were given, medium cooked beef should just fall apart! The vegetables were nice enough but not enough roast potatoes one and a half roast potatoes per serving!!! Cost of drinks unbelievable. Will not be back !!!! Will not recommend to anyone either!!! Please let Gordon Ramsay know about this, I have a huge respect for that man and hate to see this is done in his name.

Not good

Went here the weekend and felt I had to write. Terrible experience. It is in central London but you feel the rush. Very processed and treated like a fast food customer. Definitely won’t recommend or use again.

Gordon Ramsay Bread St, Edinburgh

Thought we’d try this, Ramsay has a good reputation. However what a poor serving and very high price. I expect to pay £30 for a bottle of wine in a restaurant but here it’s £30 for a 500ml carafe. Need to keep Gordon rich I guess. Caesar salad, mmm. To be fair tasted nice but on menu with anchovies. Large plate and the 2 tiniest anchovy fillets. Basically £14 for a plate of lettuce. My wife had butter chicken, beware rice is £4 extra for what amounted to 3 tablespoons. All in all a very poor and disappointing experience. Never again Gordon!
