Delivery took quite a while and when it got here, I no longer needed the wine. I have tried to return this order 2 times and they fail to book the collection in. I am now trying for a 3rd time and it’s still going to take another week to pick up and then 15-20days for the refund. I have to constantly chase for this and they just ignore messages and don't book in collection with Yodel. Would not order again.

Great wine at a good price. Well packaged.

The packaging was excellent and everything arrived in perfect condition. The wine is excellent and has that vibrant full flavour, without being heavy, that I enjoy in my wine. The complementary plates and dishes were of a very high quality and naturally enough perfectly proportioned for Italian cuisine. Overall I am very impressed and the customer service was good but a little slow at times to acknowledge but that just means you are dealing with real people.
