Delivery was shambles!!
Delivery was shambles!! Two different times on the same day but neither turned up. E mail received requesting address details but when the wine arrived on another day my address was clearly shown on the original label. I will not order any more wine until better delivery is assured

Took ages on the phone and would not accept my voucher. This is my second order neither took my £5 voucher. Only complaint. I do like the wine it is to my taste. Will order again.

Hi, we love your wines but always seem to have issues with delivery - the same happened this time with the delivery going to the wrong address, and me having to drive cross country tracking down the courier to intercept it! Thanks, Simon.

Great Value
The wines are very nice and, given the price, excellent value. Delivery was however slow by current expectations, taking 15 days from ordering to the wine being delivered. I don't know if this is usual or an exception as I have only ordered from them once, though I am likely to order again as I don't generally have wine emergencies where I urgently need a supply!

Easy order process, nice light wines
Easy order process, good fresh wines. All very palatable, some nice whites and rosé to end the summer with. I have used them for years and do enjoy the whole experience. Can definitely recommend.
