Wine very reasonably priced and a high quality. Down side tried to reorder have had no luck with this despite emails from me to Girodeno, I wished to try there white wine range but have had no response, great shame.Have had a reply boes not cover reordering problem, no customer services means no sales,

Why do Giodarno continue to use Yodel as their delivery company ? Another delivery delayed ! My wine order was placed on 24/10/24 and shipped on 4/11/24 with a promised delivery date of 4/11/24. That delivery never arrived and yesterday (5/11/24) l got a text saying you are next in line for delivery . Five minutes passed and another text saying we missed you and no one at home and we have put a card through the door Nobody from Yodel rang the bell or put a card through the door they are lying. This afternoon l phoned Giodarno in Italy to be told the wine won't be coming today and will arrive asap Friday or Saturday maybe Both Giodarno and Yodel are completely useless in my experience. Great Company. The prices are fair for very good quality wines. The delivery is worth the wait, up to 2 weeks . But quality takes patience. Enjoy. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been using Giordano wines for many years & have never experienced a wine that we did not like. The service is 1st class but we tend to only order when it is free postage to the UK. This is because we live in the Isle of Man and there's are additional postal charges to get to the Island. This would up the postal charges to nearly £20.

One box of wine was ordered but it went through as six.We got in touch straight away and the order was changed and a refund of £449.95 was promised within the next 10 days.This was on 3rd Oct and we are still waiting after three phone calls.
