Nice array of wines at a reasonable price. Never feel get a bad head like some cheaper brands

Purchased the wine for something special for the Christmas period, does Christmas start in mid November I think so because we have polished off three bottles already, long way to go before the day hope my guests like Aldi wine. Giordano wine is to nice.

I really like the red wine collections - they are too my taste and we really enjoy them. Delivery times are fine - usually a couple of weeks and everything really well packed. Been using Giordano for a couple of years occasionally.

If I could give them 'NO STARS' I would. I placed an order on 30th October and my card was charged 1st November despite them stating in their T's & C's that they do not take the cash until goods are delivered. I heard nothing for almost a week so I called the help line and was told by a very rude man that I must wait 10-14 days. The following day I got an email saying that the items I had ordered were out of stock and asking me to order something else. I decided not to do this and called them to request a refund which they said they would organize but that would also take 10-14 days. After a further week I emailed Amazon - I had paid for this through Amazon Pay and the following day I had a reply saying that they had authorized my refund, it turns out that Giordano Wines had made no attempt to give me my cash back. In a couple of days my card was refunded but Giordano had my money for 20 days and in that time I had emailed a few times and called the 'help line'! twice and got no help other than to be told to wait. Take a look at their terms and conditions before you place an order with these people and don't believe a word of it. If I hadn't contacted Amazon I would probably still be waiting for my refund. More They say in their reply that they authorized the refund on 5th November. As I did not get the email informing me that they could not supply my order till 6th and telephoned on 7th to request a refund they must have a crystal ball! I got an email on 18th saying that they had requested the refund, the same day that Amazon told me, it was credited to my card on 21st. They don't tell the truth.

Excellent wine;service was a little slow in comparison to some sellers but overall, very pleased.

On my 6th order so far and really loving the wine... And price! I've not yet found a go-to or favourite as I can never remember which bottles I prefer and I put this down to my ignorance of Italian wine. Always well packaged and delivered in reasonable time. I'd like to see more hardware offers like the plates and bowls they've done in the past as these do push me to order more

Good quality wines at really good offer prices. Nice to buy direct from an authentic Italian company where you can buy delicious food items too.

Great all round

I have tried to return wine I do not like. Unknown to me you have to inform them within 7 days and return within 30 days. I only drink 1 bottle at weekends and still had some of my previous order left which I drank first. 3 of the wines from the last order I dad not like at all therefore I have 6 bottles I will not drink. They offered me 17 pound voucher. I have 11 bottles out of 15 left which will go down the sink.

Great wines, good prices. Only problems I have had is with delivery. Very poor communication for this but the actual wines themselves are delicious. We do not buy anywhere else.

Disappointing. Have ordered from Giorgio before, but Yodel managed to break 2 bottles in delivery - but I was credited with the cost of these. This time, Yodel claim s to have ‘missed me’ when cctv clearly shows nobody turned up at the property at the date and time provided by Yodel. Fast forward and, three days later, I still have no wine, Yodel tracking is no longer working and I received a short email from Giorgio saying they have sent my enquiry to the ‘relevant department’ which tells me nothing. I will now be filing a chargeback via my bank and will not use Giordano again.

The service, including delivery; the cost of the wines and the tastes, have all been excellent. I will continue purchase more in the future
