Giordano Wines

Unfortunately I'm still waiting for my wine to be delivered but that is down to the courier not Giordano who have been extremely helpful in trying to track my box of wine.

The order has not arrived and despite attempts to contact you I have had no explanation. This is not the first time and I have just ordered from another company to be sure of having some wines for Christmas.

Decent quality wines, mixed red and white, at a very reasonable price, delivered to our door.

Avoid this supplier. I bought a mixed case and food items on 8th November. Now 2nd December, the Friendly Customer Service just say we are waiting for Yodel, and have no clue where the order is. Also the tracking number I was given was not the actual tracking number sent, so seems to be issues all along THB. I have no hope in the order arriving.

This place is a scam. I ordered two bottles of wine and a set of glasses 2 months ago. Upon opening the package, only the wine glasses were included - no wine. These were ordered for my dad's birthday, which has of course now passed and all he had to open was some wine glasses. I emailed customer service expecting them to be apologetic and to send the wine. They instead have chosen to ignore my emails, even though I have sent them multiple photos evidencing the lack of wine in the delivery. My experience of this company is the worst I've ever had with any online shopping. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Please avoid them to avoid severe disappointment.

Good easy web site. Easy to place order, would like to see all offers on the same web page and have all top offers offered at the same time. Quick delivery time too.

better communication and faster delivery

Good service and product pricing also good choice of products. Speed of delivery could be improved but with Christmas on the horizon it’s understandable.

I miss my visits to Italy so buying Italian wine is a good option. It gives me good memories especially when I buy wine that comes from places I have visited.
