Wonderful product and great service

Good value wines delivered safely &.promptly .

The delivery took 4 weeks to arrive causing stress at this end. I did not receive a tracking number resulting in a few phone calls to Italy. I recommend you to two friends and thankfully their orders arrived very quickly. To be fair this is the first time this has happened but on my phone conversation with you Tues I was informed my order for Mr & Mrs Sanders may not arrive as you don't have everything BUT you did not inform me of this problem. I do hope my present for my nice WILL arrive and I will be informed

I have ordered from Giordano wines before and they never disappoint. Their products are really high quality. I’m giving 4 stars as I felt the delivery time was longer than I have waited in the past, and despite communication saying I would receive a tracking number I did not receive that until the day of delivery, luckily was at home for delivery.

The order (3 boxes) arrived on separate days. However , I was given a delivery slot for each one, which was helpful.

I love receiving my wine boxes but was disappointed this time round as I thought I'd ordered a case with specialities that I was going to use to create a hamper for my elderly step mum but there was only wine in the box :(

Placed order on 10/11/24 still not received order

Time , the time it took to get the order is not acceptable

My wine has still not arrived (tomorrow will be 20 days since my order). I have received an email saying my order is with Yodel and that they would be in touch, but again nothing from Yodel.

Your chosen courier,YODEL,is rubbish. I’ve been in all day and for the second week running I have received an e mail stating they were sorry to miss me. Again I’ve checked my CCTV and NO attempt was made to deliver the wine…downright lies again. I would give 0 stars if an option. However your wines are still as good as ever and good value as I’m still a customer for a number of years!

Been over 3 weeks now since ordering and still don't know where my order is. I placed this order for 8 cakes before the middle of November ensuring I would have enough time to receive them as they are Xmas presents but now iam panicking not going to get here in time and because iam getting no positive feedback regarding when they should be arriving I just don't know whether to buy replacements from somewhere as it will cost another £65+. Iam not the slightest impressed with this company, the lack of information on your order unless you contact them first isn't good and for me I think iam going too buy again from somewhere very soon and attempt to get a refund. In my honest opinion I would stay clear of this supplier and buy from somewhere else.

Good company, very good wines with reasonable prices. As an older customers I highly recommend Giordano wine

I ordered the wines on the 12th of November and am still waiting for the delivery.

Only e-mails received - NO WINE

The wines are very good value. Delivery was much quicker than it used to be.
