Great wine at good prices
I was very impressed with service and products delivered by Giordana Wines. The communication regarding my order was first class, from order acknowledgement, to order status and regular delivery updates. The products provided were excellent and extremely good value for money, and I would have no hesitation in ordering from Giordano Wines again.
I was not given a delivery date and had to email twice.The first reply told me there was no product? Waited 17 days for my wine to arrive caused me a bit of stress as I ordered for Christmas. Got here in the end haven't had any wine yet so can't comment...

Despite the offer of a free 2025 Calendar with my wine order, it was not in the box of wine. I "spoke" to Customer Services on-line, and ultimately they said that there was nothing they could do. (They were not prepared to offer to post a calendar !). I replied that, in that case, having been a loyal customer for several years, I will not be taking up any future Giordano offers.

I moved to Devon, updated my Address on the website. Giordano Wines said that their delivery doesn't have the website addresses.... then delivered the wine to my old address in Somerset 🫣🤔 So I asked Yodel to change address (OK, but I had to choose Somerset)...So they delivered it to my Parent's address 😳🎄🍷
Giordano was recommended to me by a friend so I gave them a try, very glad I did! Quicker delivery than many UK suppliers, great value for very good wines. A great find.

The product arrived effectively packaged. I have had wine from Giordano before and the current shipment of reds maintains their usual very good quality with drinks for all occasions when a red wine would be the choice. I will definitely buy from Giordano in the future.

There wines are good but trying to get our refund for a case of wine Sent to the wrong address is impossible all they say is it is in hand. Tilhis is been going on now for six weeks. All you get from them is it will be paid in a few days and we are still waiting
