My order has not been delivered
My order has not been delivered. I have written to you and heard only a standard response that you are looking into it and then nothing else. I ordered this on 4th December and received a message from you that the order was with the couriers????? And that I would receive tracking details, nothing. Please help. This was a present for a friend who has recently lost a family member and the timing was crucial. Please reply to me.

Extremely upset with your treatment of us. Straight after we ordered from you (before goods were despatched) we received an email offering extra £5 discount for 'Black Friday'. Contacted you immediately to be told that we couldn’t have it. I know it’s a small sum but to treat a longstanding customer like this is unforgivable.
