Ordered a Christmas hamper on 17th December and still not received on 7th January 2025!!!

I placed an order at the beginning of December with the belief that I would have my wine in plenty of time to give as a Christmas gift. However, it did not arrive until 2nd January. I find your advertising mis-leading as there was no information about delivery time, in fact you were advertising for Christmas! If I had known it was going to take 5 weeks to receive my order I would not have place it. Very disappointed!

Delivery a bit longer than expected- average wine so far

Order placed 15/12. No emails other than order confirmation. Emails from me went unanswered. Webchat was useless. Order cancelled 21/12 and I’m still waiting on a refund over 2 weeks later. Avoid this company. Absolute joke!

The wines are great value and the selection is just perfect, I would recommend these wines to anybody choosing their wines, I shall be undertaking another purchase of the wines we purchased, Top Marks to Giordano. Best purchase of Christmas presents! Regards, J.Moore

Great value

The quality of the food and drink is excellent. But this was meant to be a parcel for Christmas. Then it was going to be delivered 3 days later, but as I messaged, I would be away then. I asked for delivery 9n 3rd Jan, which us what happened, but I didn't know it would, no confirmation or tracking opportunity until message about delivery arrived on the day.

My order was placed on 13th December with a promise of delivery before Christmas. The contents were for Christmas gifts. My order arrived on January 2nd and was NOT what I had originally ordered. On this occasion, you have failed miserably and I require an immediate refund. Three weeks to fulfil a botched order, you should be ashamed of yourselves. THREE emails were sent regarding this and no reply.

Yet again, I received your email advising the wine had been sent to the delivery firm, but I heard no more until the box was put by our front door. several days later. There was no tracking information from them, which could have resulted in the box being stolen.
