Most of the wines in the mixed case were quite good, but others were not so, on the whole I'd say it was value for money but I'd definitely choose the wines myself if buying another case.

I like your Avantus Red and Prosecco! Since 2007 I've been buying from Giordano. I've tried many of your other wines but, unfortunately, they are not to my taste! Obviously, my taste isn't nearly as refined as the vast majority of your customers! A customer for 18 years (nearly 18) -- I'll still continue to buy -- but won't pay carriage on my regular 15 bottles of Aventus Red!

Stock hasn’t arrived because they don’t have it- A courtesy email to let me know would have been good. As it is I now know they’re out if stock but still don’t know when to expect delivery :-(

Dear Giordano Wine I reply to your recent response to my review and state the following. Why do you have to wait for the consignment to be returned to Italy when it technically hasn't left your possession i.e. the consignment hasn't been delivered due to the incompetence of your staff in putting the wrong address details on the package resulting in the package being refused at the address, thus it has never left your control and is in the possession of your courier. The courier company's policy is to return the goods to the sender (your company). This then begs the thought that if your courier loses the package you won't refund the money I paid despite the facts as stated above. The total problem is your fault and not mine, therefore there is absolutely no justifiable reason to withhold the refund for up to 30 days when, because of the blame being totally on your side and the fact that you and/or the courier company have always had possession of the goods, it could and should have been made immediately. Please be advised the 1 star rating would have been 0 but unfortunately that facility is not available.
I ordered the Colours of Christmas - Red Wine on the 21st December, as a gift. I am still waiting for it to arrive. There is food and a Christmas tablecloth attached to this order. The food will have an expiry date. Which I'm quite sure will have a shelf life. Should this wine ever arrive, I then have to transport it to where it was meant for. I have contacted this company re delivery and was told the order would take between 10-15 working days. Had I known that, had the company said that on the order form, then I would have looked elsewhere. I most certainly will not order from this company again.
