A great box full of most enjoyable wines. So pleased to have found some lighter reds. Eg 11% 12% rather than the heavier 13.5 or 14. Really enjoying them. Thank you. I love to think I am buying direct also.

I am still waiting for non delivery due to damage during transit. I hoped the new box would be priority, but it seems not.

I am still waiting for either a refund or my wine. It was not delivered and I do not see a refund yet? Do not use yodel again as I am still waiting for my problem to be resolved...

Just what we wanted

Wine great. Delivery service not so great. I waited in at the allotted time because I was told I had to receive it myself. Wine left in secure porch which was absolutely fine but that should be an option given anyway.

Order delivered promptly. Wines of good quality. Will order again.

Excellent as usual

I ordered 12 bottles of wine and when it arrived, half the order was wrong. When i contacted Giordano, they said I could keep them and they would give me a credit on my next order. I just wanted the correct wine, so I requested that they send 6 bottles of the wine I had ordered and they could then pick up the wrong bottles. Giordano said the whole order would have to be returned and that they could pick it up late January, I asked how quick I could expect the correct order and they quoted 10 working days. Bearing in mind that it was their mistake I thought the time frames were excessive but still I awaited for them to pick up their botched order. I contacted them a couple of days before the pick up for an approx time and they replied as I had not expressly said I except their pick up date, the pick up wasn’t happening and they give me another date in early February. By this time I had enough of their poor customer service as I felt as they had my money thy didn’t seem to be in any hurry to rectify their mistake, so I decided that after many e mails, they can have their mistake back and I will have my money back. Shocking customer service and I won’t be buying from them again!.

The order was easy to place. The price was very competitive. The delivery was quicker than I'd anticipated, and Of the bottles that I've already tried every one has been exceptionally nice.
