Took nearly 2 weeks to deliver chasing emails ignored, cost of wine and delivery seems expensive for what it is If they do say 14 days on the website they do it in the smallest possible print. The fact they don't even know what email address I sent my message to is revealing. It is the stock in trade of bad companies to have no reply addresses they don't check

Wine arrived on time. One bottle was broken but Giordano's quickly sent a voucher to compensate. As a loyal customer, I thought the compensation could have been more. However, I'm not complaining.

Prompt delivery and fine wine
We are always pleased with the wines,but the delivery let's it down. Notification is sent when it leaves the depot, then nothing.As we have nowhere for it to be left this isn't very good.Yodel doesn't let you know when its out for delivery.
