Made a first purchase on the promise of delivery within 15 days. No contact other than confirmation that the order had been received. No delivery received. Contacted them and was told that the item(s) were out of stock. Told them I wanted a refund but they tried to wriggle out of this. I have now been promised a refund but am still waiting for it. Painful experience ....never again!

I ordered 2 boxes of wine the week before Easter and they still haven't arrived. I received 1 email from you last week saying you were experiencing high order levels and would send me my boxes asap. I haven't heard from you since apart from email asking me about my experience. Apart from my experience being extremely poor, I make no other comment.

Customer services very helpful on the odd occasion when there has been a delivery delay.

I have been a customer for many years and have found their wine to be excellent, particularly the Puglia area red wine. Yes it may take a little more time on occasions to be delivered but it's coming from Italy so a bit of tolerence may have to be allowed. On the other hand I cannot buy the same quality of wine from my local supermarket at the same price.

You are fantastic as always but... Yodel are a pain. I have the app, our address includes 'what three words' despite this the driver could not find us. It's annoying watching a delivery get closer and then it vanishes. The AI chatbot is apologetic but pointless. Wine did arrive the following day, different driver. Wine excellent, will order more when this lot is gone

Please do NOT buy from this company…. If you are looking for delivery in timescale promoted on their website or price quoted for their delivery!! And… if you are expecting decent, civil customer service… definitely avoid a chap called BRILDO!!! The rudest most arrogant person… I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with!!! He not only refused to let me speak to his manager…. but actually hung up on me… when I had the audacity to ask where my delivery was!! Ordered 4 April … quote 10-15 days for delivery… now 30 April!!! False advertising…. At its worst!!!!

I ordered 6 bottles of Prosecco Order No 326492 from them on 14th April and confirmed my address etc with them. Well what a surprise no word from them at all a week later until I emailed them and asked when I would receive my order. Still no word of delivery date so I cancelled it. Then I received an email (obvious fake) telling me my order was shipped which is their way of not refunding me. I am very upset their reviews are good so why steal my money ? I'm a pensioner and I need every penny I get. Marion Bracken

I ordered 12 'Mystery Reds' on Sunday 6th April. Now, nearly3.5 weeks later I am still awaiting delivery, with NO DEFINITE DELIVERY DATE given to me. I am totally disgusted by this, & will be seriously considering taking my business elsewhere, & never using Giordano again. I want urgent, POSITIVE action to rectify this situation ASAP!!!!!!!
