Parcel did not arrive
Parcel did not arrive, sent back by courier ? Looks like it was damaged. No one contacted me to explain what happened or to offer a replacement. It was left to me to contact you directly. This is the 2nd time my orders have not been delivered.

Always brilliant
Great products at excellent prices. After receiving a flyer letter I tried to find the item I wanted on the website and had to go to a very helpful customer service to find the correct webpage and order. the box of wines were dispatched quickly and arrived as specified , with constant updates for tracking the order.

poor delivery communication
Ordered and payment debited at beginning of April, order acknowledged BUT nothing further, despite emails, about dispatch or delivery until arrival (without forewarning) on 8th May - nearly 5 weeks. Also the order was for 12 red wines, but 2 are white

Wines ok, but the order took 5weeks to arrive --- very unusual from Giordano . Unfortunately l had to contact them as they didn't inform me the order would take a lot more time than usual to arrive. Communication is key to any order!!
