Shopping for tires? Giga tires is the place. I put in my order Sunday night, and by Tuesday after noon they were at my doorstep!

I ordered six tires for my F350 told them the tires that I wanted they sent them but they could not be mounted on my truck cuz I picked the wrong tires they refunded my money and I sent them back so I have no problem with them at all.If I need tires in the future, I will buy them from giga tire.

Terrible place to buy tires. Try priority tire instead. This crappy business does not care about or service any customer problems. I bought a set got 2000 miles out of the tire before it wasn’t able to be repaired. They swept me under the rug like I was trash and told there was nothing they could do.

Tried ordering a set of mastercraft courser mxt last week put the order through they emailed me 20 mins later and canceled my order. I called them and they said they were out of stock and they would call me when they came back in stock. They never called or reached out. Tried order them today and they canceled the order again. I called them and they said the price was not supposed to be 160 a tire and is supposed to be 230 a tire which it has been 160 for over a month. They said they would not sell them to me for 160

Ordered 4 tires and received 3. Contacted Giga asking for an ETA on my last tire. They emailed me back confirming that I was missing one. I confirmed. I told them that I didn't want a refund, I want my complete order filled.I didn't hear from them so I contacted them asking when I would receive my tire. They issued me a refund without me requesting one. Not sure what part of I don't want a refund, I want my tire didn't they understand!!! No solution for me. They just didn't care. I ordered through another company so F Giga.

I will never deal with these people again. I returned 2 tires they received it 5 days ago but they still haven’t given me credit v I finally called them and they said that I should have tracked the delivery to them myself and once delivered then should call them and inform them that they have received the tires then they issue credit in 2 to 5 days. What a joke. ! 72495016 Order # Also I had ordered another tire and the tracking numbers showed it was delivered on nov 22 But I never got it. I called them on nov 27 and the told me the tire is is still in South Carolina

Cuidado con esta gente venden algunas y después te mandan una supuesta equivocada y se comunican una vez contigo pidiéndote los datos y luego no lo hacen más y cobran el dinero de esa goma y tu tienes que acudir por donde la comprastes a ver si te devuelven el.dinero porque ellos te dicen que te la enviaron y no te lo reembolsan , así recuperan dinero con las que si envían son estafadores ,hay mejores tiendas que estas por mucho esta no sirve para nada , no cometan el error de comprar ahí porque pueden ser estafados , si te das cuenta del neumático, porque te envían otro más económico que el que compraste te piden disculpas, pero demoran en reembolsar o no te dan el dinero ya le ha pasado a varias personas, cuando devuelvan el dinero muchos clientes empezarán a cambiar de opinión mientras están actuando como estafadores

My order was only partially correct. I received (3) 22” tires and (1) 20” tire. Now im losing business while i wait for a response.👎🏽 Order# 71914026

The tires came in as expected and just what I ordered great company great staff when I had to call them they answered all of my questions as quickly and was very helpful and very respectful and I would recommend them to everyone one I know had a great experience with them thanks James Williams

You had the tire I needed in stock and your check out was very simple. Hopefully the tire will arrive in a timely manner. We have waited over a month from a different vendor and found your site. All goes well we will continue to order from Giga!

You guys are awesome. I ordered my new tires at 1 in the morning on Wed night and they were at my house at 400 that afternoon. Thank you, the tires are great.

Easy and simple

I was impressed with easy process of buying tires at a ridiculously great price.

Great CS. Tire delivered in a timely fashion to a shop close to my home. Appointment for the tire change was made by giga at said shop. Whole ordering process and appointment setup was very easy. All I had to do was show up for the tire change.

Great price, easy processing, one stop shopping.
