All the boxed toys that where bought for gift come in a bag no protection and all where damaged. I would have thought a big company would box items not Game. Very poor standard and overpriced postage costs

Cancelled part item from order and forced me to still pay full shipping and not offer free return.
My problem personally is not with GAME its Evri. Please go back to DPD as i feel they actually care. If I could add an image I would to show how Evri dumped my parcel in a random bush that defiantly wasn't on my property and had the audacity to say that they have successfully delivered it. I still don't know where my game is.
Half of my order was missing. Was bday presents so quite annoyed. Why accept order then half wasn’t in stock. Prob wont use them for bday again.
Haven’t ordered from game in years after a previous bad experience, however kids wanted some Pokemon cards and only place it was in stock. Ordered two booster bundles, got a cancellation on one with lots of t&c’s but not clearly stated when I would get my refund. After scrawling their FAQ it’s 3-5 days. Maybe lead with when you are going to return customers money. The one box I did have dispatched was crushed to pieces and cards bent and destroyed. Their customer service is so awful that I would rather swallow the £25 loss than have to deal with them in anyway. Should have stuck to my guns and not ordered from any Mike Ashley owned business, but lesson learnt again! I would love to say that these reviews would help give feedback to improve their customer service but we are all smart enough to know it will do nothing, and only way to actually stop businesses like this, is to stop giving them our money, annoyed that I handed over cash but guess it’s the perils of parental guilt!
Despite a great selection on Game limited editions that this store has (like the collectors edition of MGS Delta and Delux edition of Silent Hill 2) The way Game do pre-orders has caused issues that make it so my pre-orders get cancelled just before release. The reason for 2 stars and not less is because following up from the instant cancellation of my MGS Delta order, Game emailed and made efforts to make sure I could still get the Collectors edition I had order before. (This however is not always the case.) Finally, the fact that there is not help line or email to contact Game anymore means you are always incredibly stuck on issues like this which also really reduces this rating

Dont support this company anymore as they've gone downhill drastically. Pre ordered mgs delta collectors and paid in full 6 months ago only to be let down 7 hours before release and cancelling my order.
Edit: on top of all the stuff below. Game has now issued out an email trying to rectify it by allowing people to re purchase the collectors edition, setting some aside for those who had their orders cancelled. Whilst the xbox link works the ps5 link DOESN'T!!!. also how am I supposed to "re purchase" the game when you still have my £310 from the last time you stole it from me? Pre ordered the metal gear solid delta collectors box back in February/March when the pre orders first went live (I literally checked it every day multiple times). Pre ordered it and they took my money on March 8th I believe (checking my banking app). I then waited months for the games release which brings me to now. The game literally comes out tomorrow (28/08/25) and I got an email at 5PM to state they cancelled my pre order giving me 2 reasons. Reason 1. Payment Authorization error Reason 2. Out of stock SO HOW? HOW IS THERE A PAYMENT ERROR WHEN YOU TOOK MY MONEY!!! How come it took you until the final day before release BARE IN MIND others who pre ordered it via amazon or digital got to play it early or had their copies already delivered meanwhile you took all this time to tell us its not avaliable? And what did you do with the money all that time? If it were a payment error on my side the bank would have refunded me instantly and said the purchase had an error. Talking to your customer service (which was a pain to find since you hide it and it doesn't work on phones) they said they ONLY just discovered it TODAY! How incompetent of a company can you be to demand £310 from us, hold it from us on YOUR end and then just say "oops sorry" when its time for you to uphold your end of the bargain? Which btw why are we paying for postage when you also said you couldn't guarantee it would arrive on time even telling others the pre order wont come out until September when it should be free for that price in the first place and your service is "next day" but then say "it will take 5-7 days"? This isn't the first time your company messed up either as you ALSO had this issue with the MGSV collectors set, Switch 1 pre orders and PS5/XBOX X pre orders. Seriously, considering you are/WERE the top gaming company in the UK and I mean its in your name GAME, how is it your constantly messing up and providing such a lazy and anti-consumer service when Amazon are getting it to people EARLY! Businesses cry about people moving over to amazon but then treat their actual customers like trash when they actually try to provide support to another business. TLDR: they are lying to customers, I will be checking my bank every day until that money is returned to me, never buying from you ever again after spending years visiting your stores (which are also bare and have horrible customer service) and using your digital store.
I really miss the old days where there was actually game stores, looking at the cases etc. I do everything online though, really wish there was more than a tiny game in "sports direct" which i would never go in anyway, then they have a choice of 6 ps5 games that are all thrown at the bottom of their shelf.
Not bad, could dispatch items quicker and not leave it up to the customer to chase the delivery.
Poorly staffed and stocked since moving inside Sports Direct. Seldomly shop there now..CEX is a far better option.

Well, apart from the fact you just emailed me to tell me the delivery of my game that should be delivered this week is now delayed, it seems obvious to me that since "Game" went under new management or whatever the change was?... there is less selection and up to date news about new releases & pre orders. In fact I am undecided as to if, after receiving the pre orders that I have ordered, whether I should stop ordering & cancel my account with Game?.. I can get more selection & better monetary deals from Amazon at the moment. I have been a very long time customer of Game going back to the fist PlayStation One Console but, unless things get turned around I can see no other options unfortunately. I truly hope you can get things back on track as I certainly have a soft spot for Game as well as a long history. So, good luck and I hope things start looking up.
After taking my gift card money, the payment failed, I had to wait 24 hours for the gift cards to reload, and after trying to speak to customer service, who didn't really seem to want to help, disconnected twice, and many email exchanges later, i finally found out you have to wait for the card to reload, if it doesnt work i have to contact them.. once i got the items, poorly packaged, 2 funkos with the tops open and crushed slightly, 2 star wars retro version with bent corners the 2 tubz, arrived fine but thats becuase the package they come in is more suitable for parcel deliveries
For the past 2 months I keep ordering a ps5 pro console and a TV. Both items always getting lost in transit, that's what Evri claims, and then GAME offers to resend the items but the same issue keeps occurring... Been charged for oversized delivery and they refuse to refund it and I don't have the items yet.... 5 times now within 2 months the items are claimed to be missing in transit.... They have send me the ps5 accessories but not the ps5 console and the tv... And obviously I can't use the accessories without the ps5 or the tv
