Poor service
Asked for a vat receipt so I could claim back some of the money from work and they haven't done that so I won't be buying from again

Order was dealt with and dispatched super fast
The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is I had to phone as my boots hadnt been dispatched in the time frame promised, spoke to a lovely man who tracked down my order and he phoned me back to say they were a priority; they arrived the following day

Took my money. Provided a delivery tracking number and then nothing. No boots. No updated tracking and no response to numerous emails. Have asked bank to investigate and get my money back.
Ordered 8th December. Not arrived , no sign of arrival and no communication back from multiple emails sent. No number to call. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE
Bought item mid November . Arrived and returned straight away. A month and a half later after numerous emails (with no response), I still have not received my refund or had any communication back. Don’t buy from them!
Absolute excellent experience The boots I ordered didn't arrive and I was worried that they did not respond to emails (but it is the xmas period) I managed to find an address and contact number at the bottom of the Trustpilot review page and rang They answered immediately and posted a replacement pair straight away stating the first pair were probably lost in the post They arrived within 2 days of my phone call Lovely boots, excellent quality I would recommend this company to everyone and I would happily use them again I am so pleased with my positive experience

Not received my item and the company are not replying to any of my emails or messages and I have contacted them on numerous platforms. So I’m now out of pocket and have no idea what to do.

Don't order from them. It's been more than a week. The order hasn't arrived. Royal Mail has no info on it. Footware hasn't responded to any of my 4 emails. On their website they have no phone and no address. I was careless and didn't check that out before I ordered from them. Don't make my mistake.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots in size 10 and they managed to send one pair in a size 8. Still waiting for a response to remedy the problem
