Can't Follow Simple Instructions

Put a clearly hand printed, large sign on the exterior garage wall that faces the driveway and the street that reads, 'DO LEAVE BOXES HERE. PLEASE PUT THEM ON THE PORCH,' with an arrow clearly pointing in the direction of the porch. The porch is easily accessible. It has a ramp. It is visible from the street so there's no threat of harm to the driver. Why, then, was the package put under the sign on the driveway and not on the porch. In the delivery notice I received in my email it says it was put on the porch. Nope. It wasn't. I have a photograph. I may stop doing business with companies that use FedEx because their delivery folks can't seem to follow clear, simple instructions.

TO ALL SHIPPERS!!!

TO ALL SHIPPERS!!! Quit using this bull-***t Company. Take a good look at the reviews here and make your customers happy by finding a better way. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them and it does no good to complain.

Well it looks like I don't have to say…

Well it looks like I don't have to say much that has not been said already. I have waited over 3 months now for my product from Wizards of the coast who then add insult to injury and send by FedeX. Fedex tracking system is useless and keeps amending eta. and advising "on Time". Latest eta for me is now "by the end of the day" lmao well you guys got 33mins to go if I don't go to bed after a tiring shift.

FedEx is the worst delivery company by FAR.

First, it arrived 25min away in the morning this last weekend but changed to "delayed" while it sat at that same place for 1.5 days. Today is the second time in which FedEx drivers were too lazy and unprofessional to actually deliver the package to the door. We have a gate at top of the porch that opens outward. They didn't even attempt to put it by the door or onto the porch, it was thrown onto one of the 6 steps going down from the gate right by the sidewalk where people walk. I called them the last time after the driver stacked 3 boxes onto the steps, effectively blocking the gate from opening, in that instance I had to ask a neighbor to help me since I couldn't get out to get boxes. I offered to send them the video feeds, but they declined. Clearly, nothing was done since it happened again today. Drivers need training on how to deliver in a professional manner, especially in this time of porch pirates. Leaving packages close to the sidewalk rather than at the door/porch is absolutely unacceptable!

THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED

Ordered a product online from Joybuy America. Which uses Walmart as their middle man. They used FedEx for shipping. The package delivered was all but destroyed. They pretty much laid the package (a box) on the porch and then offloaded the product pieces from the truck and laid them in the box. Totally unacceptable. Whats worse, nobody wishes to address this with me. Not Joybuy, not WM, not even Fedex. Would love to give a lower rating, but... This hit n run style delivery is unacceptable. Fix it. I have photos, but no way to load them on this review.

On the black list

I only give one star to be able to write a review. Horrible company, drivers don’t give a heck, scans two of my parcels but delivers one, after their own customer service has to send them back with the other parcel. Other package stuck at the airport for a whole week after custom release and nobody gives a heck there is a package lying there for 7 days and nobody follows it up. If it was not for my sender who keep calling FedEx, it would have never arrived!!!!! And I am sure it only arrived because I got enough and picked up from depot. By the way tracking wasn’t accurate, first it stated parcels come on the 22nd Oct, didn’t arrive, after changed to Monday. Didn’t arrive, just partly and was keep going for an entire week…..also tracking wasn’t refreshed for a while, couldn’t see anything where are my parcels. If you have 4 parcels that you have to deliver to the same place and they had been sent in the same time to the same person and same address, why do you deliver them in 4 parts???? Even in Castaway Tom Hanks was doing better job stuck in an island with FedEx deliveries for four years than these people now lol. Unbelievable. FedEx is on black list for forever.

DO NOT USE FEDEX EVER!! I WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO RATING BUT I CAN'T. THEY DONT EVEN TRY TO DELIVER MY PARCEL - 541305346806. THEY LIE AND SAY THEY TRIED, BUT MY CCTV PROVES OTHERWISE. IT'S NOW A WEEK LATE AND CUSTOMER SERVICES JUST HANG UP ON ME. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!

Garbage company/service

Garbage company/service. Ordered from online retailer on 10/14 and got a projected delivery date of 10/17 which made sense. Of course the package was in the same state for 2 days, moved to another facility and stayed there for another day and then they decide, on the day of supposed delivery to shift the date forward to 10/20. For some reason they are doing moves to fedex facilities and then leaving them there all day until the PM move to the next facility to sit untouched for 12-16 hours. Manufacturing delays due to them losing the Amazon contract and holding customers accountable. If they had brains, they would realize their bad service is the reason they lost that Amazon contract and more of the same will only cost them. Any time I am given a choice of carriers, I will be picking UPS or USPS from now on. Done with this garbage company and their horrible workers dragging their feet.

Man fu*k FEDEX. There never even close to the delivery date and terrible customer service. They can't or won't do s**t for you. I hope your company gets there s**t together. Cuz all I see is Incompetent a**holes taking money for deliverys they know they won't make on time.

Would give 0 stars!!!

Ordered from Footlocker twice (another headache) delivered by FedEx who DID NOT deliver to the apartment # listed. The first package I received hours after showing it was delivered around 12:30pm, I received about 4:30pm (person was honest that day). Reordered the sneakers and it was delivered a few days later, showed delivered once again no package arrived. Waited to see if I would receive later on, and I never did. I had a stroke 6 months ago so my walking is a little hard. I went outside to search, and did not find it. Even had my daughter look. Called footlocker to file missing package.Spoke with FedEx investigation department as well. To find out claim was denied. How is it my fault the driver delivered wherever he wanted to instead of correct apartment #? I don't want anything delivered by FEDEX EVER AGAIN....

Altijd een goede ervaring gehad met Fedex. Soms wel wat vertragingen, maar dat hoort erbij. Heel fijn dat ze meerdere pogingen doen om te leveren als je niet thuis bent

FedEx Delivering for Simple Tire ALWAYS…

FedEx Delivering for Simple Tire ALWAYS Delayed! This is the 2nd order I've placed with Simple Tire and the delivery has been delayed/lost! The logistics here is grossly unacceptable! This tire should have been delivered 9/23/2021 it's 10/06/2021 and still no tire. Working with Simple Tire for a solution but the carrier is FedEx! Just Awful! I wish this could have a negative affect on their stock valuation! FedEx should reimburse me for this tire!

Getting unreliable

Getting unreliable, delivery dates are always being pushed out. Not the same fedex ~15yrs ago. They need to have a fresher strategy especially during these covid/mostly work from home culture.

Suck A.

These people just don't know when your package will deliver. Never no updates just a useless schedule delivery date that never comes to fruition. Or worse yet the tracking say's "out for delivery" only to be rescheduled. I call in advance and ask what shipping co. they use, they say the only option is fedex I say good bye
