Fedex Have delivered late every time this month, they are still willing to charge there clients for the Express service, knowing full well that they can not deliver in the time scales that they promise. The Indian call centre has a technical issue (all day) I have rang them 3 times today, and they can't help, We have 1 consignment stuck in Belgium for 4 days so far and one that has taken 7 days and still in China..... I have asked to speak to a manager, where I was told managers don't take calls..... We often spend more money on deliveries itself, than the cost of the product...... I have had no communication back from Fedex at ALL!! We spend thousands a month with them every month. The customer service is
non-existent, I can't believe the service we have had and are still being given. We have another consignment to go out tomorrow and they are still saying to our Chinese agent, that can do a express service and are happy to except the money.... Today we opened a new account up with another courier. UK account manger that speaks English, direct email and direct telephone number already provided.
