"VARNING" This company is like a joke

"VARNING" This company is like a joke. I can not even imagine how such a large company can have such dysfunctional services. Their website is junk, error all the time the menu changes daily so it is impossible to navigate, their couriers are completely lost and completely lack the ability to deliver to the right destination so the packages disappear without Fedex taking any responsibility for it even if the goods are insured through them. Their support can not communicate in any language and hardly in their native language. But something that confuses me that despite their disability, they can still create invoices and charge. I'm puzzled by how they can even exist in this industry.

Dreadful

This company is dreadful do Not have any dealings with them Fedex Ireland picked up a parcel on 29th December 2021 todate 12th January this has still not been delivered it has been sitting in their Crawley Depot since January 5th 2022 absolutely disgusting service

my expirience with FEDEX...

my expirience with FEDEX... i ordered a jacket from UK firm worth 80GBP...agreed to pay tax and custom as i am from Croatia,so inside EU... after days waiting,i get informed on my mail by some firm they have the package and will do custom for me... what happens is next... FEDEX have sister company or whatever you call that,whom will "DO" custom for "me"... so,instead that FEDEX deliver a jacket to customs and they do what they are supposed to do,also,FEDEX was paid 15GBP for a delivery... tax and custom were about 25-30EUR... NO.... they demanded that i send them ALL DATA again,like me or the shop were trying to avoid tax or anything,as all were visiable,who send,who recive,what are the price and so on... further more,they demand that i send them my written declaration in signature,so they can do tax and custom for me??? small amount of 20EUR for their service... it isnt the question of money,which in this case would be on a jacket paid cca 90EUR ,around 55EUR with their "service and procedure"... it is mostly "procedure" i didnt like,as perhaps money i could swallow,but sending all documents and search for some shop to sign and print a copy of my authorization were TOO MUCH... so,ofc i refuse and returned the jacket back and lost 15GBP in process... IF I KNEW ABOUT PROCESS,NEVER I WOULD ORDER... as i already ordered a few things from UK and NOBODY HAVE SUCH PROCEDURE SO FAR... avoid by all cost this money ripping scamming cheating firm...

FedEx consistently has trouble…

FedEx consistently has trouble delivering to my home. Currently I am waiting for a package that was scheduled to arrive on January 2nd and then January 3rd. That is when it was in Braselton. As of the 4th, it was 'pending' a delivery date and sitting in Forest Park. I tried to have it dropped at a Walgreens near me, but was unable to make the change. I was also unable to contact them to complain. Sadly, this is just one of many problems I have had with them. Since this original post, my package crosses the country to California and back and was finally delivered to a neighbor's house on January 12.

FedEx claims it delivered a 15kg bag of…FedEx now admitted have no record of delivery. I have been reimbursed by seller/distributor.But more annoyed at Pay Pals disgraceful investigative process

FedEx claims it delivered a 15kg bag of dog food to my house on December 09 2021 at 1.01pm. They did not do so. They do not reply to e mails or answer their phone. Suppliers and retail outlets should not use them.

re delivery from chris driver at poole fedex we had a delivery from chris in parkwood rd bournemouth he rang to say that we werent at work and so he knew we lived locally to find address and delivered to our home not work thats the first delivery driver that has ever offered this service 5stars to him he always is a chearful and always be happy at his job congratulations!!! please send him our thanks jon marlee

Still no package

Still no package! I had a package due to arrive on the 15th of December. It arrived one hour north of my home on the 15th and has sat there ever since. It is now December 27th. The package was originally picked up on the 9th of December. No one has been able to help me. The calls are being picked up by people in other countries who are totally useless and difficult to understand. This is unacceptable. It has sat in the same place for 12 days and there is no expected delivery date. I called the facility and was told they would expedite my case. I have not heard back and they did not expedite anything.

$400 package balanced on 4in. Rail

Had a package valued at $400 come in yesterday. It was in a 16x15x12 in. box. Have a 16x16ft deck and the idiot balances it on a 4in wide deck rail!!! If I have my choice I will never use them this is the 5th issue in 6 packages most have come in crushed in some way. In fact I selected UPS shipping but seller shipped FedEx

No delivery no attempt to rectify

I was expecting a delivery of my Christmas turkey from Kelly bronze today. It needed to arrive today as we have to have our Christmas dinner tomorrow. It has not arrived. After attempting to contact FedEx I was cut off. Trying again I was waiting over 30 minutes to be told we can’t help you today and cut off again. There is no way of speaking to anyone at FedEx as the chat line was shut too. Even though I was trying during open hours. We would happily have collected it from the depot if they would have only spoken to us. This is a disgrace and I now have to get up at 6 in the morning to try to get a turkey as I have no idea when the one I’ve paid a small fortune for will arrive. I contacted Kelly bronze, who responded pretty quickly and they couldn’t get an answer either. On tracking FedEx claim they had an incomplete address, even though I’ve never had a mistake made by Kelly bronze before. Even if there was an issue no one contacted Kelly bronze to get the details they needed in time to get it to us. As it’s food you’d think they could make more effort. I write this out of frustration and the systems they have in place but knowing companies keep using them even though their star rating is so low,

DO NOT TRUST

Recently I was expecting a delivery which the tracking number saying it will arrive on Wed but only arrived on the following Mon - 6 days later. When asked for explanation I was told that a appointment is needed for this delivery. Somehow they do not tell you in advance... and post that will be delivered quicker

Avoid…

Avoid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They send the import tax by incaso bureau ,this making it 30 eu more expensive AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 4 Buckets 40 pounds of…

I ordered 4 Buckets 40 pounds of oatmeal 25 year shelf life so over $220.00. They delivered and left packages at wrong address. I put in a claim and have not heard anything. Terrible company wont buy from anyone using Fedex anymore. Might not use Amazon.

This incompetent company lost my…

This incompetent company lost my package one week ago. In 7 days they haven't been able to do anything for me, despite I called them every day. They continue changing their version of what happened to cover the incompetence of somebody who lost the package or delivered it to the wrong address. I want my package back or a full refund to be provided without further wasting my time. Also, they do not note down what we discussed during our calls, so every time I called I was receiving the same lie: "according to our system your package was delivered". This is extremely frustrating. The company does not deliver a reliable service: better to avoid it.

How about zero stars!

How about zero stars! I was sent a part for my brand new LG washer—a drain pump via FedEx which wasn’t needed and I didn’t order. A repairman came out and re-installed the washer. NOW I had to return the part. I printed out a return label. I scheduled pickup, then no pickup, re-scheduled pickup FOUR TIMES! Finally I called AGAIN and the non native English speaking rep found all four confirmation numbers but NOT with my name and address! I have a unique name, been at same address for >8 years! A separate home on an acre of land. I’m 100% disabled and the local FedEx driver checks on me often. It took a lot but I googled a Drop Box to drop off the package with return label. I tried to cancel pickup but the girl with the thick foreign accent didn’t have a clue how to do it despite my being transferred twice. I’m an immigrant and I usually love speaking with foreign reps. But FedEx is hiring uneducated folks with an awful computer system. They’re horrible!

If I could rate with a one I would my package is now officially 2 weeks late it has travelled across the United States after it went right through my town. They won’t speak to you it’s all automated of course, and it’s all because of covid. Not like this does any good but thanks fed ex for helping me figure this out!

Day 2 of FedEx's deceit and failed delivery Day 2 of FedEx's deceit and failed delivery promises. After being contacted by Sam of FedEx and promised a delivery today 1/10/2021.. NOTHING! Sam had the gall to ask for a positive review before delivery, (Sam you don't get an award for just showing up) Delivery is action, on time delivery is worthy of a positive review. Telling me it's handled is meaningless without follow through. FedEx, you have fallen so far! #FedEx @FedEX
