The worst company I've ever had to use

The worst company I've ever had to use. they never delivered a package on time and they always lie that they were but nobody was home ,customer service knows that they don't deliver packages but still lie on the phone and make up stories.one star is much to much.from me i -5

Fedex is Greek for Crappy Service.

I ordered a phone on Thursday. Said two day shipping. I followed the tracking number to a sign up page to manage deliveries. The delivery page is wonky, tiled, confusing, useless. Won't let me even see the shipment, just tells me its status. I work until 4pm. The status said, "delayed." I thought, great, now I don't have to manage delivery. I'll just go home and they'll deliver in the evening b/c it's 3pm now and has a delayed status. I get home at 4 and there's a Fedex note saying they attempted delivery. I go online to manage delivery and can't figure out how to. The website is confusing. You have to scroll like 4 feet worth of space to see all the information regarding your shipment. And there's no way to manage it. Additionally, since the website it crap and all LLC's use your information to make $ behind your back, track you, spy on you, and sell your information on the open market to scammers and other LLC's, I wanted to delete my account. No way to unless you call customer service. So, they will only deliver using "banker's hours." I won't ever be home because I'm not a trust fund brat. So, they'll attempt delivery a few times then leave me a note telling me where I can go in the evening to find my phone. Two day shipping has turned into 10 day customer pick up at unknown location that will appear suddenly one day as a note on your front door. Really Fedex, that's what you've come up with in the 21st century? I will never use Fedex and will request any company that uses them to use another shipping service or I won't buy the product. Update: Still don't have my phone. I still managed to overestimate FedEx. They left a note on my door with two words, "final attempt." That's it. No instructions, no phone number, nothing. Had to call the shipper and listen to "we're so into you baby, we're going to make you listen to non copyrighted milquetoast music for 10 minutes, take 3 minutes to verify it's you, then put you on hold while we get a supervisor.....". Still don't have my phone I ordered 9 days ago with 2 day shipping from FedEx.

FedEx Pathetic

Not 1 star. Zero stars. Is it possible there is a more incompetent company than Fedex. I doubt it. 5 deliveries in a row fedex tracking says package delivered today. At around 10pm tracking says unknown date. Check back in a few days. Calling FedEx. Rep said don’t pay attention to dates. “We have put some date in the computer “. Pathetic company.

SUCKS

SUCKS, They purposely change the delivery date to show that they always appear on time but it's never on time, especially if they have to change to date for days to make it works. late late late

Excellent Customer Service

Spoke with Monica on the phone at the toll free number today. She was kind and helpful. I attempted to leave a 5 out of 5 star rating via phone survey, but could not tell if it went through. Please let Monica & her manager know I was happy with her service! Please also check the settings for the phone survey. I also had a good experience at the Fed-ex Drop-off desk at Walgreens in Belleville, NJ.

GIVING THEM MY MONEY WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT THING

I have been trying to pay these people for two days now. Paying platform seems active but then stops working in final phase. Trying to pay as regietered member requires a 9digit code that nobody knows of and nobody can help me to find. Why is it so difficult? Even the smallest webshop on earth can get money easily and smoothly!!! How do this people work!!

Caught them in an outright lie,

Caught them in an outright lie, Had something being delivered to me using Fedex, They said there was a delivery attempt made and they left a door tag so I checked the footage of my 4 outdoor security cameras. Needless to say, No delivery attempt was made that entire day. I guess they don't realize cameras exist now. I filed a claim with pictures from all 4 cameras showing the time they said they made the delivery with no fed ex driver or truck in sight, They responded with saying they could leave it at a drop off point so I responded with "What is the point of anyone hiring you to deliver packages then?"... Absolute morons that Lie and refuse to acknowlege their mistakes run this company. The Solution: Vote with your wallet folks, DO NOT use FEDEX and refuse to do business with companies that use FEDEX, It's really that easy.

unreliable

the only reliable thing about fedex is how UNreliable they are. every time i’m expecting a delivery, they push the date back or just leave it with no expected delivery date at all, and the vast majority of these times my package is 35 minutes away in the same state. how hard is it to follow through? i don’t even care if i have to wait longer for my package, but i hate being told to expected it on x date and not get it for another 2-3. only dhl is just as bad a delivery service, if i could actually choose who delivers my packages when i order from websites i would literally never pick fedex

Can't get it right, 1st, 2nd or 3rd time!!!!

Review #2 If you read Review 1, you would know that I was to get a frozen food shipment within 2 days. Well, I kept getting delays and the food was defrosted when I received it at 6 days. The company sent me out another order on the 8th. It is now the 11th and after waiting all day again, I checked the site again and now it says "DELAYED" no scheduled delivery date available. How hard is it for the Monkeys at FEDEX to do what they are supposed to? The updates have been incorrect on their site concerning where the package is. It left Henderson CO. It said, at 11:30 pm last night. It takes 6 hours to get to Albuquerque. Same thing it said last time and didn't get it till 3 day later. So where is it really? 3rd attempt at a delivery. Why does the site say "Out for delivery today?" Then at 7:20pm after person has waited all day, does it now say DELAYED, No scheduled delivery date available at this time. Is anyone competent at this company??? Why is it so hard to get anything correct? Maybe people need to be FIRED!!!! Start at the top! Remember this is a 2 day delivery with frozen food. Hmm another day that said out for delivery. The 18th, another day wasted and at 6:45pm "DELAYED" AGAIN. Now, 3 says at max of dry ice in the cartoon. The tracking says it has now been in Albuquerque for 2 days. Tomorrow we are on the 5th day.

Very horrible delivery service, waste of money

Very horrible delivery service. I paid for an overnight priority express $120. I paid for it on a Tues. it was to be picked up and delivered to us on a Friday. We had a family gender reveal planned for the next day. Family coming from out of town, food, photographer etc. it was all ruined by our package not coming. We had to spend hrs and hrs on friday night trying find our package with Fedex on phone. We would explain the whole situation and the rep would sound like a robot and say sorry for that and could never explain where or why we did jot have our package. Some would say due to weather, some would say truck trouble then put on hold and drop the call! Or say transfer to someone else and drop the call! I even went into town to store and she could not find it as she said it was first scanned on Friday afternoon in GA! It was to be at our place by then. So they completely ruined our family reveal. We had to come up with a plan B and wasted the over $450 in products that are now useless. We can not use them and could not get a refund. The package then came on Monday 5 days later! Fedex dishonestly put another label over our priority overnight express label. We have video of us peeling their label back. So they tried make it look like it was on time. They do not let you explain on website and takes forever to get a real person. We were told file a claim. We just got that back that they denied staying we received our package! They do not have common fellow feeling to understand we purchased priority overnight express for a pickup on thurs and deliver on friday. The package was picked up on thurs. the people we made purchase from has proof of that. Where it went from there appears did not leave GA till friday afternoon. Fedex denies that driver must scan package at pick up and someone did not do thier job and package just sat in GA all that time. Noone ever is responsible and fedex may think they are a global company this doesnt matter. But I will no longer ever use them again and I will share my story with everyone. Large companies have gone under by lack of customer service. Then they had the nerve to be calling me every day to try sell me business shipping since I had to make an account. No I dont want that I would of liked my package delivered on time, instead they ruined our family gender reveal and threw out over $575 of our hard earned money right out the window. With fuel and groceries at record highs we cant afford to waste this. We were trying to help throw a nice gender reveal for our kids who have been thru alot.

WORST SERVICE EVER

WORST SERVICE EVER They marked my package as delivered and it wasn’t, later they marked it as a failed attempt and retained in a fedex station (clearly they never came and I didn’t request the retention) then they didn’t allow me to pick up my package unless I contacted the seller and asked them to authorize me to pick it up EVEN THOUGH I PAYED FOR MY PRODUCT AND FOR THE SERVICE, also the seller was a big business in France and wouldn’t do this. THEY DID WHAT THEY WANTED WITH MY PACKAGE AND DIDNT LET ME PICK IT UP, worst logistic and service I’ve ever seen Every call they would say different things or hang up without solving anything plus, this is the second time this happens to me, don’t work with this courier !!!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER , NOT SPENDING MY MONEY IN THIS TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE EVER AGAIN , STOP WORKING WITH THEM

Hidden fees and robbery

Bought a 130 USD pair of shoes, paid 70 USD for transport with Fedex. At delivery, I had to pay 15 USD for taxes which is fine, but Fedex charged me another 60 USD for "service fee". What the hell fedex, this is robbery! Called their customer service to ask how I can deal with the tax and avoid this service fee in the future, apparently no way to do it. So the least you could do, is not hide your freakin fees.

Delivery Dates and Tracking

I've never had such terrible delivery date estimates from any other delivery company. On one recent delivery, I was given a scheduled delivery date. I signed up for all ongoing delivery updates, including delivery exceptions, and delivery made. I received one update, of the scheduled delivery date. Then a Changed Delivery date for 2 days after the first date. No further updates came. On the website, I tracked the delivery from Massachusetts, to Kentucky, to Glendale AZ and then finally to Phoenix, the city where it was to be delivered. The day before the scheduled delivery date, the package was back in Kentucky! The website then listed the date as Pending, and Manage Delivery Options was not available, and Try Again Later. (It never became available.) The package was finally delivered, 5 days past the second Scheduled Delivery Date, and I received a "Delivered" notice 6 hours after it was delivered. This same exact scenario happened with a second package.

liars and false promises

So I was supposed to receive two work related deliveries yesterday via FEDEX. At 1231PM, I am notified that delivery was attempted but nobody was home. Odd because neither delivery required signature acceptance and I have been home all day. Wrote, called and escalated matters within FedEx. Redelivery was promised by 8PM. Nothing. And then they begin to patronize me. This is the third time this month I have had to deal with this nonsense from FedEx. You are no longer the gold standard. You could screw up a one car funeral. Keep it up and you will go under soon!

Stick with UPS … or even USPS

Delivery expected February 3. Delayed to February 5. Delayed to February 6. Next status was “Delivery unavailable—Incorrect address.” Of course the address is flawless. Now my only option is to go to a FedEx store and pick it up myself. An additional charge was applied for signature delivery. No doubt a refund will be issued with all deliberate speed. Not sure what happened to this once proud delivery company, but they are to be avoided now. UPS is the way to go. At this point, you’re better off going with USPS. Not sure whose worse: FedEx or AMZL.

Fed Ex Left our pkgs for the coyotes to destroy.

A driver for Fed Ex called for us to drive out to get our pkg. In the summer they do not deliver and leave the pkgs waiting for the regular driver who does come to our house. That is called LAZINESS. If our road is bad we will go out. But Hubby had just driven out and in in 2 wheel drive. So Fed ex was not going to have a problem coming in and out the road in all wheel drive. So he brought the pkg in. But he was going to pay us back! The next time was 2 pkgs He drove past our house and up the hill with no problem. He turned around and drove past our house again. We saw him and thought we did not have a delivery that day. He drove 1 mile past the house to the mailboxes and left the pkgs in the snowbank or in the road. That night a pack of coyotes ripped everything to pieces it was all over the road. They ate all the food in the boxes and dragged some of it through a field and into the woods. Everything else that smelled like peanut butter was ripped apart. What that driver did was vicious. That replacement order should have come out of the drivers pocket. BUT no he is still working there and he lied about what happened. But he has caused other problems from his laziness with other people on the route. He wants the other drivers to do his job for him while he gets paid for slacking, They must have caught him in a lie bec they called me to say they would cover the orders. Our regular driver is very nice! I do not think he ever heard of the word LAZY. We have never had a problem with him and we are happy that we have a regular driver!! He does the job that he is paid to do!

Fedex Delivery Status - A Piece of Trash

I would like to bring this to everybody attention that Fedex delivery is so crap. I was supposed to receive the package on January 14th, but still held up at their local center for no reason. I called up many times to their customer care and asking for reasons and they say has notified to appropriate team and they will call back. But no call or neither no delivery status updates. I would recommend to start dumping Fedex as their delivery process is just a trash.

Terrible Service Period!!

I rated 1 star because it was the only way to write this review. I try to avoid using FedEx whenever possible. FedEx was scheduled to deliver a set of 3 boxes to my home on 1/15/2022. All 3 boxes were on the truck and "Out for Delivery" on that day. The driver only delivered 2 boxes. When I contacted FedEx customer service, they assured me that it will be delivered the next day. That did not happen. To make matters worse, I've called them every day since, and every morning I received a notification that the box was on the truck and "Out for Delivery". It is now One Week Later, and I am still waiting for it. It is very frustrating when FedEx customer service pretends to be concerned of any inconvenience that it may have caused me. They always tell me that they will take care of it, and that I will receive my box the next day. If it were up to me, I would NEVER use FedEx for products that I purchase online. This is not the first time that I have encountered issues about my deliveries with FedEx
