A disgraceful company
My package did not show up when it was meant to. Chased FedEx, was told I needed to pay Customs fees. I paid the Customs fees. The package still didn't show up. Called FedEx 6/7 times, each time they'd promise a call back but would never do so. Finally got through to a manager. He admitted the package was missing. A member of FedEx's 'search&rescue' team named Syeda Mukhtar then took up my case. She promised a reply within 3 business days. It's been 12 days. No communication. No apology. No acknowledgement. No reply to emails. Packages get lost. But there is no need to treat paying customers like that. What a disgrace of a company.
