It seemed too good to be true, but wasn't. Great price and fast, free shipping. I hadn't heard of the vendor, so you've got to be a bit sceptical but I was pleasantly surprised and will use them again in the future.

1st class service and supper fast delivery

The delivery was fine but after emailing you within 5mins of placing the order I cancelled the order but it was still delivered. When I spoke to your company about returning the rug doctor I was told it would cost 30% of the cost for a price of £71+ I think that this a total rip off and I would NOT recommend this company for this reason

It was only after I had taken the overalls out for trying out/on - which were too tight around the arms, and was going to return them, that I saw that you wouldn't exchange of refund without the goods being retuned intact in original packaging. How is one expected to see if something fits without removing them from the original sealed bags?
