The customer service experience was very disappointing. Their return policy was very confusing. My emails to the online store and phone call message to the local store were unresponsive. Seems like both ends purposely avoided responding as to expire the return deadline. I never experienced such service in my entire life. I am normally a very relaxed buyer, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
