No issues, and my boxes arrived early than it was normally planned, super service !

The entire experience was great. The support staff were friendly and responded quickly to any queries. They also provided regular updates on the shipping status of the package. Most importantly for me, the luggage arrived at the expected time and I also really appreciate how affordable the service is.

The bag reached London in 24 hours,was picked from my hotel and delivered home.

Seamless end to end. Krystyna was excellent and helped with all my queries quickly.

The customer service replied fast and could solve my problem. However, it's mandatory to own a local phone number to connect with the DHL driver because they can't call international numbers. Since I was staying at a private place during the collection date, I'm unsure if this problem can be solved by asking your hotel reception to contact the DHL driver.

Great service and delivery was even faster than expected. They even carried the bags to our front door which was a great help.

The delivery was smooth from beginning to end. The person who picked up the luggage was understanding, very nice and helpful. The drop off was on time, even earlier than expected. The courrier was not as helpful as the first one but it’s okay.

Luggage was all in tact. But I thought they deliver to the door, not to the front of a block of apartments. Also the luggage came early, not complaining as such, because there was someone to collect it.

Extremely helpful customer service by email (as couldn’t get through by phone). Excellent & trouble free collection & delivery. Didn’t even know this service was an option but would certainly consider using again.

Very quick and painless

Very quick turnaround time (picked up on 9th and delivered on 11th. Email communication requires some patience (slow response time and incomplete answers) but we got there in the end. Flexible with my change request which was enormously helpful. I probably overbooked the weights but it is on me.

Amazing service, picked up suitcase on time and delivered in a day, very reasonable rate.
