It was my first experience and it was successful and the timings were punctual. The most important thing is to follow the instructions sent in the email
Pick up date was changed unexpectedly. Wrong bag was delivered which belonged to another customer and gave me a huge hassle to get my bag back.

Shipped a bike in a bag, not that well protected and it arrived safely and in tact and earlier than promised.
Really upset with my experience. We used Eurostar luggage delivery to deliver packages from Paris to London and paid for them to arrive on a specific day. Unfortunately they did not arrive on that day and they could not help us track the deliveries. We paid £350 for this delivery for it to arrive on a specific day. We stayed in all day waiting for it and it never showed up. The next day, the delivery information was no longer available. I then called the DHL line to get some info and the customer service could not help at all, just suggested I wait and see if it shows up in the next day or so. This is unacceptable as I paid for it to be delivered on a specific day and this has massively inconvenienced me as I'm only in town for a short time and need those packages. I asked DHL for a refund and the customer service person said she would call me back in 2 hours. She never called back and now when I ring the line it just rings out. I'll happily change this review if these issues are resolved and I get my refund. It's unacceptable that Eurostar continue to use DHL for their services. Just look at DHL's reviews on Trust Pilot!
Compared to all the other courrier company trying to charge upo to €300 for a simple delivery of a laptop bag; Eurostar Luggage Delivery did it for less than a third of the price, and not picked up on time and delivered on time. But it was the exceptional service from Leo that made all the difference. He kindly went out of his way at every step to help us navigate the paperwork, the waybill, teh last minute collection, up to notifying us personnaly that it had indeed got on time to the depot and would be out for next day delivery. By helping us, a (very) small one-off client, he demonstrated fantastic customer care dedication above and beyond the call of duty. My personal thanks again. Thomas

I’m very impressed about the services and travelling with Euro star. Leo and Khrystyna were prompt in responding to my queries. My luggages arrived earlier than the estimated delivery time and in good condition. The custom process I encountered with sending my luggages were handled well by DHL staff especially in communication. I must also commend the staff at Eurostar on the day of my travel, they were friendly, especially Ruben who kind enough to get me a bag and assisted me with taking some of my bags onboard the train.

I was able to arrange pickup at a very short notice. The service called me on phone to assist in arranging and addressed all my questions. Pickup came on time. Was more reasonable compared to FedEx and DHL(if you apply directly).
Leo was extremely helpful and made the whole process so easy. Will definitely use this service whenever we have excess baggage.

Overall a great experience, I just wish that a shorter time window for pickup had been given. We were given a 9 hour window and the pickup didn't happen until the last hour of that window. A bit over the top.
