I am very pleased I used First Luggage to send my suitcases back home in France. I phoned them a few times and always received excellent customer service from John, Debby and Bianca. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with everything. I sent 5 big suitcases ans they all arrived within 4 days, all wrapped in plastic to protect them. Even the driver who came to collect my bags was super nice to help me as I was on 1st floor. The only little thing I would mention (just being picky) is that they charged me an extra £9 as one of my suitcases was 1kg over the limit. However 2 of my suitcases were 3kg below the limit, I would have thought they could have balanced it but for the total price I have paid I am more than happy. Thank you for all your help and I definitely recommend!

I received my luggage as scheduled and in a good condition. I booked a collection from the UK 1 week before my departure. I received all the document within one working day and the collection was done as scheduled. I was continuously informed about the location of my luggage thanks to the tracking number from DHL. My luggage were delivered within 5 working days at my address in France. I definitely recommend this service!

This is the first time we used your service; great first contact with Jon over the phone who explained us the process in a very polite and professional manner. Booking process, collection and delivery was easy, punctual and flexible as I could easily change the delivery date by one day which was more convenient for me. They would always communicate with us and they are well organised by sending us the labels 2 weeks before collection. Also very good value for money. Would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service. Called up on last minute on a Saturday afternoon and my delivery was in Paris on Sunday afternoon. Will definitely use again. Staff are very friendly and responsive.

I would like to take the time to thank you all. You've been amazing from the first contact. I did receive the luggages on time and appreciated your follow-ups along the way. As a customer it's important to be kept in the loop and for trusting that you are hands-on and you were. I also appreciated the job of DHL and the fact that both drivers actually came to my unit to pick-up/deliver the suitcases and were polite and smiling. We all experienced bad customer service and always rule out those companies. We usually take time to complain but it's also important to take time to thank you. Please share this email with everyone that has been tracking my luggages. I will definitely use your services again.
