Stress free service
Everything was very clear, well informed and on time Pickup and delivery. I travel from Netherlands to London for work meetings and I used their services to transport my laptop and working clothes. Everything arrived in very good state. I will recommend and use it again

Where’s my luggage????
I’m still waiting for my luggage to arrive back in the UK 😭😭. It’s got my disabled daughter’s clothes and shoes as well as other items that I need!! The pickup in the UK to France was excellent but the return looks like a disaster.

Everything worked well but long pickup window
Everything worked well. However, the 8 hour window for pickup is far too long. There's no reason why a smaller window can't be communicated on the day!
