Euroluggage Delivery

I was, at first, very satisfied with Euroluggagedelivery services. However, they mention everywhere that the luggage will be delivered on time before you pay the bill, but they don't clearly mention that they can be delivered before the date specified. When you book the luggage collection, they ask you when you want your luggage to arrive and not the other way around. I then chose my collection date according to the date I wanted my luggage to be delivered in my new place in the UK. My luggage just arrived and I'm still in France. Clearly, there is a major communication problem and the booking form is strongly misleading. The service seems efficient but is very misleading regarding the delivery date which makes Euroluggage's services not as trustworthy as they pretend to be. I'm very disappointed and I strongly hope that there won't be any issue when I will pick them up.

Called Euroluggage at 3:15 pm Paris time,they picked up our luggage at 5:00pm and then called at 10:15 pm to notify us that our luggage was delivered to our hotel in London. Price was very reasonable...what more could I ask for? I am a fan!

What an amazing way to travel by train. No luggage, and completely convenient when your luggage arrives at your destination. I was very pessimistic and they put my mind at ease and highly exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this service!!

Overall, it was OK. My luggage arrived to Paris in the end but a few irritating things happened - I am not a fan of writing annoyed reviews but also, I don't like feeling stressed when I pay and entrust someone with my belongings: - I booked, paid and received confirmation for the correct date and address (London to Paris) - Thankfully, I called on the day my luggage was supposed to be picked up because the agent told me that my luggage is due for delivery in Paris one day before the agreed date - which made so sense because I wasn't even going to be there!! Anyways, after some discussion, this was fixed. - The agent arranged for one more bag to be picked up with the initial pick up - that went all fine and really helped me out as I couldn't have managed carrying so much luggage on my own - Then in Paris, I received a text that the driver has arrived but the address included in the text was some completely different address to the one I had given; then the driver didn't speak English but another agent who did called me back which was good - After some more discussions, the address was changed but then the agent said that they have 3 bags instead of 1 (and in fact, I had sent 2) which increased my stress levels - Finally, all was fixed and I received my luggage but had I left it all to the initial call, I think I would still be waiting for my bags. - I must say the customer service was really good though and all my issues were fixed immediately!!! I would advise putting in place some standard operating procedures and for staff to read instructions and/or brief each other more carefully.

Luggage arrived well ahead of time. Staff in UK office super helpful. Definitely worth the cost, especially during the busy Christmas period. Important to have a reliable destination address where you can be sure that there will be somebody to take delivery. Suitcase cannot be left on the doorstep. Excellent service.

i’d love in euroluggagedeliverly service staff always helpful. and quick responsed before i found euroluggagedeliverly. i make a shipment order with. eurosender and they cancel to pickup my luggage on the date appointment with very stupud reason that driver cancel them. and i’m traveller i cannot wait. i find another company and i call to euroluggagedeliverly to discuss. Jon give me a good assistant and help me to communicate with hotel in paris. finally i got my luggage before the appointment date. i’d recommend every to used this service. but a bit expensive but helpful and valueable for sure. ignore enrosender company. so disgusting
