We sent 9 items (large boxes) with First Luggage from London to Sweden. Everything arrived in time and without problems. Communication with First Luggage is a problem, it took 3 calls to get them to actually get back to me with a quote, after we sent our boxes we had to chase them for quite a few days to get our tracking number and they didn't communicate the correct contact details to the driver, so be aware that you will have to follow up and chase these guys in order to get proper information. However, once you speak to them everyone in the team is incredibly kind and helpful and they did follow up after delivery just to make sure everything was ok (they also liaised directly with the driver in order to ensure timely delivery).

I am so happy that I decided to go with Euro Luggage Delivery. They have really great customer service and their rates a competitive. It was so easy to use them, all you do is schedule your pick-up and they take it from there and they also keep you updated on your package the entire time. I will surely use them again.
Very efficient and cost-effective door-to-hotel luggage service. In 2017 Euroluggage had passed on an incorrect surcharge which the carrier that they had used (DHL) had charged them, and they did not refund me even when I provided photos that proved that the suitcase could not have been the size that DHL claimed. I was hesitant to use them this year as a result, but decided to give them another go as they had been excellent in 2016. This year, their service was excellent prior to the luggage being collected, the courier who picked up the suitcase was helpful (even when I insisted on taking a photo of him with the case due to the issues the previous year) and the suitcase was delivered promptly (a couple of days ahead of schedule) and with no problems en-route.

The service personnel have been very patient with me and my baggage was infact delivered quite ahead of the estimated date. However, early delivery can also be problematic. Hope you guys keep up the good work but note that delivering early isn't delivering on time.
