Euroluggage Delivery

At first I was quite dubitative as their website seems to be external to the Eurostar's one. It is indeed a private external company (call it First Lugagge or Euro Luggage, it's the same) which is in fact in a parternship with Eurostar. I anyway finally jumped in and well it paid off as the service is efficient, fast, quite cheap (much cheaper than a moving company) and just reliable! Indeed, their website and the explanations avaialble on it are not the best and don't look very professional, but the people available on the phone are very kind and helped me with a lots of questions as I needed to send huge packages across the Channel. I used it two times, and the packages got delivered in the same day at the end of afternoon in perfect state.

I was amazed by the politeness and the elegant way the staff replied and help me to go through so smoothly until the luggage was picked up excellent service very happy and many thanks to the wounderful staffs

Good overall . I had to make small changes to my original Booking (pick up day change) and while it was easy to do on the phone with an agent o never received an email that confirmed the change which was a bit confusing. Other than that quite a good service.

The luggage arrived on time but it's suffered multiple scratches. However what's inside is safe. I appreciate the fact I booked the service on Sunday and my luggage was collected the following Monday.

I was only informed of the day and time of delivery less then an hour before... It was short but I managed to have someone to open the door of my appartement , The condition of the object was good

Absolutely amazing service- I am telling everyone about this company! My suitcase was collected within an hour of booking ( and I live in rural Suffolk) and then delivered to my house in the middle of nowhere in south west France, after just three days!! Unbelievable.
