J'ai envoyé deux valises de 20kg de Londres à Paris, elles sont arrivées plus rapidement que prévues et il était facile de suivre leur position grâce au système de suivi. Très bon service simple et rapide. Il y a eu juste un problème de communication avec DHL qui n'était pas au courant que le jour pour récupérer la valise à Londres avait changé.

DPS man picking up things was rude, yelling at me for no reason in my very public building lobby that he was not superman, and refusing to help me take my boxes to his van. Delivery man in London delivered boxes upside down, with my suitcase broken, with multiple of the items within broken DESPITE them being wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and other wraps to protect them (did not happen on the way to the Netherlands)
