I recently utilized Euro Luggage Delivery, operated by First Luggage, in partnership with Eurostar, to ship a bag of luggage from London to Amsterdam. The service exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about sending my suitcase ahead and called the company to ask many questions. The customer care specialist I spoke to, Marcus, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He directed me on how to use the website, and answered my questions thoroughly and considerately, even though I ended up calling three times. I was promised the luggage would arrive by Friday at the latest. I received word today that it has already been delivered on Monday - four days early! I can’t say enough nice things about this service. They were quite reasonably priced, the service was extraordinary, and the process was very easy to follow. An added bonus is that First Luggage ships from all over the world. I definitely intend to use them again and recommend it highly to anyone who needs this type of service.

The communication was good at first and the boxes were collected on time and efficiently. The delivery to the Netherlands was okay at first but the person at the house didn't hear the doorbell. We chose another day for delivery and we waited in, it didn't arrive, after contacting DHL they said they had it down that we were collecting it which was wrong, the man was very helpful and arranged for it to be delivered that day, which it was. There was a slight hole in one of the boxes and a couple of small things were missing.
Really satisfied by this service ! I moved out of London to Paris last week. Unfortunately, the usual luggage service provided by Eurostar was closed due to covid ... I had absolutely no idea how I would transport my 3 boxes and keyboard piano. I discovered Eurostar Luggage and their door to door service on the Eurostar website. I had no idea how to proceed so I called them several time to get some information and to book a delivery and each time, they were very prompt to answer my questions and help me. They called me to make sure everything was ready for pick on pick-up day. Everything went very smoothly and my packages even arrived a day early at home ! I would definitely recommend their service, the price is really reasonnable for a door-to-door service between two countries.

The person that I had over the phone were really helpful and gave me all the informations that I needed and were really understanding even when I change the time to pick my luggage. And on top of that my suitcase arrived even before the delay that they were announcing! Thank you.

This was the first time I used a door-to-door delivery service. I chose Eurostar luggage delivery to move 4 boxes and 2 suitcases from UK to Belgium. There were a couple of communication glitches at the beginning. Initial quote request was processed one month later!... but the following email exchange was faster. Order confirmation and payment were made over the phone, but I didn't get any confirmation email. When I called back, I was told the recipient's phone number was missing... and only after providing one I received a confirmation email. I was called to confirm receipt of the labels sent by email. For collection, which depended on the driver’s route, the staff tried their best to accommodate my schedule, and notified me twice . The shipping was done by DHL courier service, and a tracking number was provided by both DHL and EuroLuggage. I received my luggage 3 days later (Economy service). Boxes were damaged so I would advise to pack carefully. I also received an notification from Euroluggage on the day of delivery. Overall I recommend their services, and was satisfied of their excellent communication.
I can't recommend this service highly enough. I had to move some luggage from Paris due to the Covid situation. My corporate provider and the hotel were unable to help me and directed me to several courier services but I found them impersonal and difficult to navigate. I found and selected ELD because for an equivalent price their services were so well laid out and the company were so helpful and organized. It made it much easier for me to arrange. The icing on the cake for me is that when the small hotel were not ready for the courier (despite the excellent instructions from ELD!) my advisor stepped into the breach to talk them through it and arrange for the courier to collect when they were ready. I would definitely use them again.

When I was bringing a huge suitcase from London to Paris, I pulled my back, so when going back to London, I was looking for better solutions and came across First Luggage / euro luggage delivery. For a reasonable price they delivered my suitcase door-to-door in just four days, and as a result, I saved money on two cabs (which would be more expensive than the service) and more importantly they saved me a lot of trouble. Didn’t even have to use the premium express option. There were some technical glitches, but the customer service support was very prompt, attentive and helpful. I am very happy with the service, will be using again.
