Very efficient service
Very efficient service! I am so happy with my experience. The team is really efficient and always answered when I had questions. I ordered the service the day before my leave and it was super fast. I recieved my two luggages 3 to 4 days after the pick up. Thank you!

Super efficient and super fast !
When I realized I would not be able to physically carry as many luggage as I originally intended to when I moved out, Euro Luggage Delivery was there ! Completely stress-free process and fast delivery ! Will definitely use in the future and recommend to others.

Great customer service
- customer service over the phone and email very nice and responsive - drivers in the UK very nice and kind, they helped with everything - drivers in France, were a bit less easy to deal with

Would recommend
Customer Support responded quickly and was helpful. Pick-up and delivery was very speedy. Driver was supposed to give plastic pouches and be intelligible of what was going on; which he wasn't. I would recommend the service regardless.

Overall good experience
The process run smoothly all the way except for the final leg. The driver had difficulty locating the address; it's a pity as I waited outside in the cold for him. If it weren't for this incident I would have given 5 stars. Thank you Marcus and the DHL person in the UK.
