Everything was spot on and even better then my wildest expectations. Pickup was efficient (although would have preferred a more specific pickup time in lieu of wasting a full day) and delivery was 3 days early (which is phenomenal but would have also liked some advance notice to prepare) I will be using this service from now on for all my Eurostar strips

Am happy with the service I got... luggage was picked up on Fri as booked and delivered on Monday itself even though I had availed of the Economy service. So my luggage was waiting for me by the time I checked into the hotel and I don’t see any visible damage to the luggage. Thank you
Very quick, but not very delicate.
I ordered the delivery service from Paris to London. The Rimowa (29” size) luggage’s handle was damaged and can’t be pulled out fully. It was a disappointing experience. Diana Watson

The service went well, but I found the communication with the company quite difficult. My luggage did not get picked up on the day it was supposed to and it was extremely hard to reach the company in order to fix it, because their phone service was always busy and nobody responded to my e-mails. This was quite anxiety-inducing. Eventually, I got through to a customer service agent who was very kind and quickly fixed the issue. My luggage then got picked up and the rest of the service went well, my luggage even arrived much earlier. I have mixed feelings but am sure this was more of an isolated incident.

Perfect way to deliver luggage door to door. No complaints only praise. If labels can also be sent as stickers will help a lot to stick properly.

I'm giving 5 stars mainly due to the support of Marta, in its customer services team. The template email comms from the company need amending as they are confusing, contradictory and excessively complex. But that's easily fixed. The bags arrived in box directions on time and were reasonable cost.

Very complicated process sending personal items from UK to France with thanks to BREXIT paperwork needed however it was clearly explained in the instructions I was e mailed. I sent some personal items which couldn't be carried in luggage on Eurostar (cutlery). The box arrived 2 days before Eurostar said it would so I am very pleased with this service which they operate in partnership with DHL. A very good option if you have items forbidden in the luggage or you just have that little bit extra you don't want to carry. I had an issue with the items not being accepted (my fault not packing it in a proper box) so one call to the Eurostar helpline and a human being dealt with the call and re scheduled for courier to collect the box the next day. Another issue when box delivered again because I hadn't addressed it properly one phone call to DHL a human being answered and explained exactly what I needed to do to retrieve the box from the drop off point. Absolutely delighted with this service nice to find a company which employs humans and actually cares about the service it offers. Make sure that you follow the instructions they give you to the letter otherwise you will have issues like I did. Also you will get a SMS message to pay extra customs charges (in my case 4 euros).
Everything went very well and this was a much more affordable option in comparison to everything else I found.
