Honestly the best experience - I'll genuinely be using Eurostar Luggage from now on. I'm a really frequent traveller, and this experience has literally changed my life! They came to collect on the correct day, and within two days, my luggage was dropped and tracked so carefully throughout so I had nothing to worry about. Ilana was so helpful on the phone, and gave me the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you so much Ilana and the rest of the team!

I sent 2 suitcases from Paris to London on a Monday and was informed I would receive them on Tuesday night. I received one on Wednesday early afternoon and it took me a long time to elucidate where the second one was because the AI service insisted that the "package" had been delivered and could not go beyond that answer. AI has a long way to go yet. But all is well that ends well, we received the second at night.

Good customer support for following up the total service and delivery done in the time promised. I recommend the service! 😊👍

I contacted ELD in the morning of the day of the delivery to warn the pick up apartment was a little tricky to find, asking d’or driver to contact me if needed. I was told DHL drivers couldn’t contact me on my British phone (this was taking place in France) but that they would contact ELD who in return would contact me. Spoke several times to EDL throughout the day. When delivery was 1/2h, 1h then 2h late I was told the driver had come and left, claiming a wrong address. That they abd DHL acknowledged that wasn’t true abd my address valid. The driver was sent back at 8pm instead of planned 5pm latest pickup. He complained that when he was lost he had no one to talk to and that his first failed visit wasn’t followed up by a phone call. In short, despite numerous calls and EDL assuring me they would contact me if any problem arose, they failed to do so and made the whole process very stressful.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout the shipping process. Excellent service.

The delivery service was ok, however I could not get through to customer service to answer my queries. Also there was confusion with their delivery partner who reached out for me to fill out a profoma invoice which first luggage says in the FAQs you don’t have to do. So overall I felt there wasn’t enough information shared on the actual collection, taxes and final delivery service.

When I was surprised by Eurostar with the fact they are not carrying bike bags in the coach anymore from Paris Gare du Nord to London St. Pancras International, I panicked. Luckily I found Eurostar Luggage Delivery and quickly submitted a quote and arranged the collection. Just one day after the collection in Paris, my bike arrive impeccably safe at home in London. Worth it and I do recommend it to cyclists who care a lot about their beloved ones.

Absolutely amazing. Not only I broke a bone but also my heavy computer would have been such a handful to transport. This amazing affordable service was stellar and a god savior. Just a bit difficult to reach the hotline on a Friday afternoon but overall, an amazing service. Why didn’t I know before!

While I understand that you are not liable for the work achieved by DHL, the partnership you have with them still makes you accountable for the overall service. As such, I was sincerely disappointed when I received my luggages today. In fact, they came back to me damaged, from the outside and the inside, and to be honest I am not entirely surprised as I saw first hand how they were handled during pick up. Nevertheless, I chose your service due to a recommendation and trusted the process. Even more considering the amount I paid to have my bags and bike sent over. Yet, the service did not live to both my expectation and the recommendation. This is unfortunate.
