Did online course and was impressed with the substance of the course materials, methodology of training and assessment, and ease of use of website, particularly the student dashboard. The flexibility of doing the course was super helpful. Very helpful and personable support staff available, and the communication was nothing short of brilliant (emails advising of your progress and status of assessments; assessor comments on submissions, etc). Have already signed up for another course due to the silky-smooth experience with EOT.

The information was relevant to my work in a hotel and most questions were appropriate as well.

This was a very user friendly course. There was a lot of information but the questions were set out well and very easy to follow. Highly recommend.

The course was super easy to use. I found it easy to navigate my way through the interface. The questions were good and actually made me look through and read everything over to find my answer. Doing so helped me learn a lot of relevant information.
