giving people the opportunity to read the questions properly if they didn't the first time
I think that the questions were easy to understand and being able to flick back to the notes was a great resource.
Super fast easy and cheap
Some of the questions need rewriting.
the easy lay out of the subject
Very flexible, self learning format
Very helpful. fast and reliable
Invaluable knowledge and skills.
This course was exactly what I need for the employment I was seeking. It was easy to follow and complete with confidence
easy to use the process
the course was easy enough, but booking the live assessment is an absolute nightmare, completely booked out all the time.
The course was progressive, simple to login and remain logged in to work at your own pace without being locked out. Resources were good, but some slides didn't match the download and needed updating
I had time to complete my training. The website was very easy to use and I learnt new things, thank you :)
Very informative the videos were very engaging and the process is great because you can do it from home on your own time
The online system was easy to use and gave me a good grounding in the responsible service of alcohol. I can now volunteer to work in the bar of my retirement resort.
easy step by step guide
Easy to access
I haven't tried their courses but they keep emailing me some poor guy's personal whitecard training details and various info. Not ideal!
The easy of the course layout and instructions. I was keen to learn as information and questions were clear and consise.
The resources are very well informative and easy to access. Nice and easy way of getting trained. it's a great experience! More power!

Express Online Training receives a mix of feedback from its users. Many customers appreciate the ease of the courses and the helpfulness of trainers, noting that the content is straightforward and support is responsive. However, a significant number of reviewers express frustration with the slow assessment reviews and the perceived lack of transparency regarding fees. Complaints about the course structure, particularly for the construction white card, highlight issues with confusing requirements and lengthy processes that feel like a money grab. Some users report feeling misled by the advertised quick completion times, which often extend into weeks. Overall, while there are positive experiences, the negative feedback regarding course management and hidden costs overshadows the positives. The sentiment leans towards caution for potential students.
