After years of paying maintenance fees for a 'share ownership' property, that was never used (mainly because the exchange system is so broken, there is little opportunity to make a preferred change without several years' notice), I'd had enough. I did some research, spotted ECC, thought it was worth a whirl. Alby and Michael took me through the initial stages, then handed me over to Steven to extract me from the timeshare albatross. Legend! Did exactly what he said he would do - email received today, confirming that I have now relinquished the property and all legal liability past and future. Result...and it landed on my birthday 🎈 Huge thanks to Steven and the team.
It's taken 13 long months to finally get out of our unlimited vacation club contract, Steven has helped along the way, letting us know correct wording on all replies, the process has been frustrating, but Steven has helped all the way along Now for the next stage trying to get some of our money back, I'm sure Steven will work as hard hopefully won't take as long, but unlimited vacation club are know to be slow to reply to emails or complete any action needed

Steve John helped us exit a frustrating condo contract, and we’re very thankful for his support throughout the process. The condo owners were not responding to emails, which caused delays and a lot of stress. However, Steve remained professional, patient, and persistent. Today I've found out that finally the contract has been terminated! Incredible news, thanks Steve! It did take longer than we hoped, but that was mostly due to the condo side. In the end, we got the result we needed, and we’re relieved to be free from that commitment. If you’re stuck in a similar situation, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call. They know what they’re doing!
A 5 star service deserves a 5 star review. Steven John contacted us by phone, and was very communicative via phone and email. The whole process, for us, started in October 2023, and still nothing has been resolved. From our first contact with Steven last week, the matter was resolved successfully within 7 days as he promised in the initial conversation. He gets the job done. There should be more people like him in the workplace, a proper 'can do' person. Thank you.

I was apprehensive at the start with all the legalities and the time this was taking. We couldn't use the timeshare due to lack of availability and we got tired of paying management fees for nothing. We were put in touch with Steven John at ECC, he was very knowledgeable, excellent communication and responded to queries straight away. Once I spoke to Steven we were free of timeshare within a few weeks. Not sure what will happen with our claim but just happy to be out.

Was informed that as the man dealing with our case is on holiday and the previous lady left we could have an update of our case sent to us that day .This didn't happen and no longer waiting .I've rung and sent messages explaining we need e mails or messages and still nothing .This is so stressful for us both as all we seem to get is ,wheres our monthly payment .As no one does what they say they are going to do ,we are wondering what we are paying for ?.Can someone send the email with the updates on the case please .Today someone rang who is the 3rd case worker so I explained again from scratch ...Update ! Yesterday I got an apology from the company and we appreciate how hard they are trying to sort for us .I will of course keep you posted with an honest review as it appears that things are changing .
We decided that Diamond Resorts were trying to sell us more points, the carrot being that more properties would be made available to us. We were never aware that we were limited other than by our number of points available. Enough was enough and we approached ECC for help. Having agreed to their terms and paid their fee nothing happened for months. Following legal issues in Spain we were put in touch with Steven John at ECC. What a "player". After a few minor delays we are out of our contract without paying any unpaid fees. Get this man on the job and things happen.
From the first communication to the final result ECC were brilliant throughout the whole process. They always phoned or emailed when they said they would and helped me through every step of the way. I can’t praise them highly enough and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who was thinking of exiting their timeshare.

I got fed up with mounting debt and extortionate fees from my timeshare, so enlisted the support of ECC. I was impressed by their professional approach. I dealt with a number of individuals as we moved through the process and was impressed by all them. Steven John delivered the final piece in the jigsaw, which was relinquishment of my timeshare contract, and no liability for further or outstanding fees.This was an excellent result achieved through Steven’s tuition.
