I have been kept informed all the way during the procedure to get me out of my Occidental time share. I particularly want to mention Steven who has been very encouraging and who has got back to me almost immediately with my concerns/questions. He has a direct attitude which I find gets to the point and answers needed to make me feel I am in good hands. Cannot recommend the company enough if you need help getting out of your timeshare.

Thank you so much to Steven. We’ve only been in contact with him for a couple of weeks or so and he’s pointed us in the right direction to absolve us of our maintenance fees. So many thanks for all his help.

Everyone at ECC was most helpful and kept us informed of every step in the process. Steve John was every efficient in dealing with our issue and sent us the wording needed to secure a response from Hilton. After sending our request, the response from Hilton confirming that cancellation of our contract had taken place and no further liabilities were applicable, was received within an hour. Further investigation will determine whether a compensation claim can be made.

Patience is key. 13 month process for us but boy is it worth it! This was something that was difficult for us as a couple. We recognised early on what a mistake we had made and soon found ECC to help us when we hit dead ends. ECC took care of us and ensured us that this would get resolved. Although no quick fix the peace of mind we have now that we are no longer locked into a timeshare is like having an enormous weight lifted from our shoulders. Steven delivered just as he said. We are very grateful to Steven and ECC's services for getting us out of hot water.

The help and guidance received was very good. We were helped at every stage of the process by someone who was knowledgeable and who had helped other people before so knew what they were doing. We have been wanting this sort of help for years but in the end it took only just over a week of help from this company for us to get what we wanted.

Almost a year ago to the day we contacted ECC to terminate an RCI contract we had . Stephen took control of our case and promised us that we would be timeshare free and true to his word this has happened. Many thanks to Stephen and the team .

The whole Timeshare experience is something to be avoided, BUT, the trick is to get out of it!!! For that you need a whole lot of patience and trust that the experts know what they are talking about and exactly what they are doing!! Steven had both, many a time he reassured me everything was going to plan, yes my patience did waiver, but I knew I could make contact and be back on track. USA timeshare get outs can take time, ours has taken 2 years, but the end is in sight!! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for your assistance.

This review is based only on our experience with Stephen, who has been the only person to finally deliver the result we needed. The initial confidence from EEC in encouraging us to make a claim did not come to fruition, and we were reliant on Stephen’s expertise in his area to give us a ‘time share free’ future. Very professional service. I felt supported throughout - every time I contacted them I got a response within the day reassuring me that I was on the right track and to keep persevering. I started the process in October 2023 and had not realised how long it would take so did get concerned at times.

I would like to thank Justin Gilson for his help and perseverance in helping my elderly father. He was always professional and efficient. ECC ought to consider him a valuable asset.
