Over all it was easy to find what I needed. The pricing is fair with the exception of the charge for an adult signature. What happens to my shipment if I'm not here when it arrives?

Horrible, their prices are great, but shipping takes forever and customer service is a joke. Go somewhere else and pay the few extra bucks and have peace of mind. Update, got my device and it's broken, I called in and it's been 2 days waiting for the shipping label to return

The website and prices * are great, except they are not honest when assessing fees and surcharges. I ordered last night, and made a screenshot of the checkout page showing $87 TOTAL including a 20% discount and free shipping over $75 and INCLUDING adult signature fee. When I checked my credit card charge, it was $100.99. When I called customer support, the lady was very RUDE and I was left an option to email customer service. No resolution yet but I wont be doing business with them again!

By accident, I purchased the wrong flavor and tried to contact support for help, but the system couldn't assist me. Yes, it said I could return the items later, but this seems like such a waste of resources when all that was needed was to change the items, as they were the same price. Now I have to wait for delivery, contact you for a return, ship it back to you and then wait some more... This could all be simplified if I was able to talk with a human, not a bot. Your company's process to correct a simple mistake seems counterproductive, and wastes time, money, and resources.
