I like ordering from you, but shipping time is way to long, sits forever before carrier picks up. Also last 3 times I have ordered all the boxes for credit card info goes away after I enter card number.

Well, the cheapest I've found new vape juice locally is just under $25.00/120 ml 6mg Bottle of Ripe Vape Bold. No Hype Caramel Tobacco is two pack for $26.99. 50% savings. Separately, try buying any coils locally and they nickel and dime you. I get that local shops have to charge more to keep their doors open. I want them to stay open, but the price difference pretty much predicts how long they'll have a viable business model. :(.
I ordered 5/24/2023. Still do not have my order. I've contacted customer service 9 times to resolve issue. Customer service rep Anita is by far the most rude, and unhelpful, unprofessional customer service rep I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time, followed by Kathleen, and Ashley. I have all the names, dates and times of each time I've called. With no one really willing to help, and next time I call, saying something different, or the person before didn't say that. It's been a horrible experience, they aren't willing to do anything or provide a refund until my order has not moved in 3p days. It has NOT moved since 5/30, so 14 days to go, 16 more to wait! Absolutely ridiculous. Called twice to speak to a supervisor on 6/12 after being advised to do so the day prior during the hrs of 9am to 4pm to only be told, I can't or one is not available, "they've already escalated it, what more do I want them to do?"-Anita. Coupons don't always work.
I thought was a scam after not getting an e-mail saying it was shipped. Then the whole Tracking System is whack, doesn't show me any important info. Said "Out For Delivery" for a few days. Never knew what day to be home for. After seeing "Attempted Delivery" one day at work, I wrote customer service an angry e-mail with a few cuss words and they wrote back politely saying they were forwarding my contact info to management to give to the delivery company. The next day a nice woman texted me saying she had my order and when to get it. She even met me at a more convenient address. The box was well packaged and everything I ordered. So no, it's not a scam but you may have to write customer service to get the delivery company to call/txt you to give you a headsup. As mad as I was with this company in the beginning, I can't knock em much, they did their job and they remained polite throughout.

The worst customer service I have experienced in the US. A couple Of months ago, I Made an order, chose pick up option, I was gonna be in town , the info for pick up schedule was wrong, and despite I don’t know how many international calls and e-mails, I never even got to talk to a person. I still haven’t been able to get help to retrieve my package, I am giving you guys one last chance with this order. the worst of it all was that I can tell nobody gave a **** about helping me. It’s the worst customer service experience I’ve had in the country. This is like my fourth order… on the third one they shipped the wrong pods… never even got an email back to try to make it right. Their customer service is a joke
