The first time I ordered everything…
The first time I ordered everything went great no problems! The second and third time never got my order! Both times were delivered to someone else! People I don’t even know. I lost almost 200.00! Might have good prices but need to do something about shipping and delivery!!

Once you are age verified than things…
Once you are age verified than things are pretty easy. For faster service it would be nice if a signature was required. Our mail is hit and miss at times.

Great selection and prices. Website is easy to navigate and user friendly! Since my favorite local vape shop closed I have been unable to get Coastal Clouds because no other store carries it - I was very pleased to be able to order it and all other vaping supplies through one website!

A bit scared, but the prices are great
First time I tried it had an issue, gave it five minutes and tried again. I'm a long time hookah smoker wanting to modernize and bring convenience to my hobby and if I like these products and they were indeed cheap, I'll continue buying in the future. Overall though your selection is great, good prices, that 4 can easily turn into a 5.
