Very Good - Reassuring.
Justin is excellent, very clear and thorough in his approach with outstanding listening skills ie: I did not have to repeat anything (incl tele and email details) twice. Rare in today's day where nobody has the time to truly hear you and everything is such a rush. Very thankful for the time and the respectful dialouge.
