I wrote an email to Direct2Compensation asking for advice and guidance regarding a long drawn out insurance claim that I was trying to bring to a conclusion myself; but I felt I was being ignored and the claim seemed to be never ending. The response that came from Mr Ian Morris of Direct2Compensation was quick and informative. Mr Morris guided me through my concerns; answered my questions in an honest and professional manner. Not only was I given professional guidance I was also offered the company’s services should I decide I needed them. No hard sale, just honest to goodness professionalism. I just wish I had known 18months ago of the stress making a claim on my own would cause me. I most certainly would have contacted Mr Morris at Direct2Compensation at that point therefore saving myself 18 months of anxiety and stress.

Since the submitting form on the website, I have met with full professionalism, understanding and respect from Ian. The whole process has been smooth, apart from one bit which has been resolved by Ian within hours and has not been Direct2Compensation fault. Full explanation given by Ian. Fantastic service! I contacted Ian Morris at Direct2Compensation to help with regards to an accident on my bicycle. I was worried about making a claim as I had no idea what to do or who to contact. Ian Morris was great and the perfect person to talk to, he explained what would need to be done, and what information I would need to provide. He also recommended a trusted and efficient solicitor to take on my case. After receiving several complicated forms from the solicitors Ian was more than happy to go through them with me and explain in layman's terms what parts related to me etc. It has made the whole experience a lot easier and has saved me lots of time and worry. I cannot recommended Direct2Compensation enough!
