First of all
First of all, I would like to thank Ian for his kindness and help during the application process. I was also very pleasantly surprised when he went out of his way to explain some things related to the process using Google translate in my own language which happened to me for the first time since I came to the UK. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend it to anyone. We have to wait for the outcome of the case, but I hope for the best. Ian was and is absolutely brilliant. He's not pushy and he makes me feel totally at ease when speaking to him. He explains everything properly and doesn't use fancy words to try and confuse me. Most of all he doesn't pressure you to use them ,he gives you plenty of time to mull things over and talk to your family and friends. I'd definitely use this firm again and would recommend them 100%
