Had a problem after purchasing policy. Made a phone call which I wasn’t waiting forever to be answered. Spoke to a young Lady by the name of Sam who was extremely helpful and very quickly sorted my problem . Excellent Customer Service.
Great service, have used previously. Unfortunately had to cancel within 14 days due to Covid travel restrictions refund issued the next day. Have just took another policy for my trip to Greece. Would definitely recommend.

Had full family world travel cover for over 10 years and automatically renewed,never had a claim ,got my holiday to Ibiza cancelled because of this dreaded covid19 .The airline cancelled my flights on 3june and repaid my flights within 3 day well done jet2 fantastic .Got a phone call off direct line telling me because I had the offer of a vochure off hotel I was not covered ,even though the wedding I was attending was cancelled and they told me 2 days after the offer of a vochure and holiday had passed 5th June .It won’t stop there I have my own holiday park and have refunded every person that had booked all my lodges not a problem can see lengthy legal challenges Mr Grantham
