Good competitive price. Easy to get through on the phone when I needed to amend my policy

Had to change the country I am going on my policy very simple very polite lady on the phone took about 5 minutes

Despite receiving an email a few days prior to our holiday in March from Direct Travel assuring us that we were covered if our trip was "affected by Coronavirus", this turned out not to be the case when we followed government advice and cut short our holiday. As we were totally misled by the email we will never use Direct Travel again.
