Very easy process obtaining travel insurance

Use these every time I go away, really competitive prices for excellent cover.

*sold a policy for a country the policy isn't valid in!* I've just bought travel insurance for Turkey which includes 'COVID cover' only to find out when I pay and download my policy documents that what's not included is "Travelling to a country or to an area where, prior to your trip commencing, the FCDO have advised against all (or all but essential) travel." The FCDO's current travel advice for Turkey is "The FCDO advise against all but essential travel to the whole of Turkey based on the current assessment of COVID-19 risks" So why sell me a policy that I stated in the pre-purchase questions was for Turkey when it's not even valid in Turkey?! Nowhere in the buying process did it say that this country would not be covered or to check the FCDO's travel advice before purchasing! I'm calling you monday morning to get my money back!

All round great policy

With regard price and ease of arranging insurance, Direct Travel Insurance, are good. Fortunately, so far, have not had the need to use them. I gave 4 stars as no one is perfect.
